Wish I could give Pierre and the team at Creative Indulgence 10 stars!!! This is truly a one-of-a-kind business. I stumbled upon them while trying to find an engraver for a same-day turnaround of a personalized poker set. When I called, I knew it was a ridiculous ask. Pierre should have rightfully laughed and hung up, but instead he asked for more details about what I needed and why; he then offered suggestions and referred me to resources even if they sent me to someone else. At the end, he shared that he was working late that night and if I got him my project by noon he could help. He warned that there would be rush charges and gave me a quote. I was thrilled to have a solution and got busy. I even called him while I was shopping for my item to see if he could work with the only option I found. Once I got to the shop, he recognized that I wasn't exactly happy with what I had found and recalled something he had in the back that might make a better presentation for me. It was a perfect fit. In a couple of hours I had a proof with a fantastic interpretation of what I had wanted and, later after store hours, I came by to pick it up. He had retrofitted my poker set into a new beautiful leather box with a custom designed engraving. NOT ONLY DID IT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS BUT EXCEEDED IT. It is a one-of-a-kind custom piece. All in less than 12 hours. Now, should you always think they can turn things around in this time frame...NO. What's important here is that Pierre should have told me no, but he didn't. He found a way to help me out and solve my problem with creativity that went above and beyond. That is real customer service! I am now a loyal customer. In less than 24 hours I have already referred him to an associate for a special project. And now, I'm referring you! No, I don't work for them. Not their friend. I'm not paid for this review. He even allowed me to ship the product to him to make it easier. It only cost $45 to get one toothpick holder engraved. $45 because it was a rushed order. It looked great. I am blown away! Pierre is a genius. I came in with a leather keychain that wanted to be engraved / embossed and he was able to do it for $35! The attn to detail was unreal. I wanted a font recreated from BlackPink and showed him the style I wanted and he was able to send me 9 (!!!) different mockups. I came in on a Tuesday, sent them approval Tuesday night and by Wednesday (when originally they told me Friday) I got a call saying it was done! After calling a bunch of places to get a quote for a personalized engraving on 19 wooden cheese boards, I was referred to Creative Indulgence. I spoke with Pierre about the design I had in mind and my price point, and he was very clear and straightforward about my options. Update: I did end up replying to the 3 messages Creative Indulgence sent me over the span of 2 days -- however it should not be expected that I'm supposed to reply within one business day. I did let Pierre and Mike know that this experience did happen to me about a year ago and is real, even if they cannot remember it. On both occasions, my colleague was with me at the store and can serve as a witness. I did not appreciate the private messages accusing my review as fake. I also do not need free services as compensation. I only want customers to have a more pleasant experience going forward and not to experience what I did. Thank you. --- I left frustrated and disappointed after a less than ideal experience at Creative Indulgence. I came into the shop to ask for a quote to laser engrave 35 headsets for a corporate event (showed one of the headsets and the black logo to be engraved). After confirming the price fit the budget, I returned a few days later with all 35 items packed into my car to be dropped off and completed. On this trip, the employee who was there arbitrarily said the price was now 140% the cost I was first quoted. This is an absurd business practice. At the end of the day they lost my trust and my company's business. read more

I had a beautiful antique cabinet in a Japanese art deco style. There were several small sliding compartment doors in it. Each door had an intricate lattice pattern done in wood. The slivers of wood were only 8/10 of a millimeter thick. Pierre was able to photograph the different designs to scale and with his extremely precise laser he was able to perfectly reproduce the lattice work on all the doors. There were several different designs and they all came out perfect. I showed it to my wood restoration expert and he was astounded by the job.
