John helped me out from check in to when I left and made sure I had everything I needed and made sure my clients knew where to find the room I was in. He even sent me a follow up email with a scanned copy of the business cards I accidentally left on the podium in the room! It was a wonderful space with a large walk bar, extensive dining area and tons of high top tables. The only gripe was the parking which was always difficult to find a spot.
