The apres ski is great fun and although the same band (The Short and Curlies (??!)) have been there for years, the recipie is successful and from about 4pm you'll enter to a scene reminicent of something from the film Coyote Ugly, with attractive Scandanavians dancing on tables and attractive bar staff serving your drinks. The drinks prices are high but then then food and drink in the resort is pretty dear on the whole. Into the evening the pub retains its party atmosphere with more dancing on tables into the early hours you'll be glad to hear.

The sausages were thinly sliced paired with a crispy, tangy vinaigrette which was refreshing especially in a hot summer day. The scallions and red onions added another level of flavor and texture. For main, I ordered their braised pork belly and was pleasantly surprised. Th meat was tender, skin was still crispy and the sauce was hearty yet not too salty. My kids tried their schnitzel and they enjoyed it. However, my husband ordered one of their beef dish and I was told it was dry and salty. I honestly would recommended to just stick with pork when in Germany/Austria and stay away from beef because ever beef dishes we've tried were not good. Overall, this is your typical Biergarten with plenty of outdoor seating and tv's available to watch any sports. Our servers were all very friendly and relatively quick Austrian standard. Our server was fast and efficient if a little thin on interaction. He was also very busy, so that's likely a part of it. The interior is nice, although we only saw a bit of it. The beer is brewed onsite, I'd love to see that, but alas, no. Five stars is what it deserved as everything was really really good!
