I ordered the Lasagna. It was horrible! Dry, barely any sauce, no mozzarella cheese, topped with dry burger meat. Ate half because I didn't want to ruin dinner for everyone. Took leftovers home so I could take a photo and do a review. I also had cheesecake for dessert. A very generous piece but the cheesecake was dry, a sign it had been overcooked. The only good things were the appetizers (Calamari, Burrata and ham. Service was good. Ambience was nice but loud. read more

Nice decor, very friendly staff and very attentive. We had the soup of the day amd it was very good. Our mains weren't all available after we ordered. The server came back and said we are out of you main. Same thing happened with desert amd coffee specials. No espresso or other coffee available other than regular. While the food was tasty and well prepared, it wasn't the experience we hoped for as we had a special guest with us. Having said this, I would definitely consider another visit to see if it improved. Da Grazia was quite the little Italian gem in this little Canadian town. Quaint, clean, romantic. What more can you ask for? The dishes were prepared very nicely. I had the Cannelloni, which was very well done (meaning excellent, not overcooked). I absolutely loved it. My wife had the lasagna. Now, lasagna is a hit or miss at most if the Italian restaurants we eat at. Sometimes it's decent, sometimes it's really good (which is more on the rare side), and then sometimes it's just bad (dry, not very flavorful, this sauce). Well, the bad was definitely not the case here. The lasagna was actually quite good. If you can't decide on what to get, get the lasagna. You won't be disappointed. My daughter opted for the meatballs. She didn't expect the size of the meatballs to be as large as they were. My daughter is a pretty picky eater. Especially when it comes to meat because she will typically choose chicken tenders. One bite of these meatballs and she was in heaven. I had to taste them after seeing her reaction. She wasnt wrong. They were wonderful. So wonderful, my daughter wanted them for dinner the next night. So yeah, we got her an order to go the next night. We also ordered the tiramisu for dessert. WOW! Just, order the tiramisu and you will agree with me. Simply put, heaven on plate. And I do want to mention that the staff was pretty helpful and professional. Made for a nice evening with the family. Give this place a try. I know I will definitely be stopping back during my next business trip. Tough decisions lie ahead for when I do. read more

The food was great. The service was a little weak. Something went wrong and our entrees took more than 30 minutes to arrive. People who were seated after we had ordered were getting fed their mains before we did. Our server did apologize for the delay but then at the end of the meal, after I had asked for some of the food to be wrapped up to go, it took ten minutes for me to get the bill. Then, there was a mistake on the bill which I pointed out. They corrected it. I have worked in restaurants for many years and in my opinion the delay on the food alone should have warranted a free dessert or a complimentary drink. Something that acknowledges the experience was far from the best. That's been my experience in the past with a restaurant of this caliber. I would go again though. As I stated before, the food was very good. I hope the service mistakes were a one time thing. read more

The food is really good and it's made by them. The staff is pleasant as the owners are on hand. It's a family business. The food comes out slowly but it's worth the wait. I wouldn't bring young kids if waiting is not their thing. The catering is great and is easy to arrange. I've done three family events with them. Da Grazia has been in business for somehat close to a year. Over this time we have watched it progress into a efficiently run family operated restaurant. Although a little noisy and sometime cramped (when busy) it has become one our favourite places to eat. The food is excellent and freshly prepared. So far we have not been dissapointed with our selection. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend resevation if planning more than four. Good food, pleasant experience for a reasonable price if you like Italian! Service has been excellent. read more
