After deciding on one of the available options, they commenced doing the job immediately. They capped off one of the heads, realigned the other sprinklers and added new heads, and changed out several of my old rotors. In less than two hours later, my yard was again being properly watered. I recently noticed my water bill was way too high. I made checks and noticed one of my sprinkler anti-siphon valves was leaking. I did a lot of quick research and decided I'd give Da Sprinkler Guy a call. Turns out I absolutely made the right call. The owner Stratton responded immediately. He quickly fixed the anti-siphon valve, but showed me where the real problem was and that the main sprinkler shutoff valve was leaking. This required harder work and the original set up design was old. Stratton repaired this shutoff valve and improved the design to make it more accessible for me the owner. I wrote a review for Stratton (the owner) a few months ago. I'm writing again because recently, The Board of water turned our water off and when they turned it back our sprinkler system started making a very loud noise. Stratton came, fixed it and wouldnt charge us because he said it was an easy fix. Just as an FYI our sprinkler system was installed by someone else. We dont call that person back because we were not happy with his service. I had to repair an old sprinkler system installed at our home by a prior owner. There were many bad heads and leaks. The owner, Stratton, came out within a few days of the initial call, did not charge us for developing an assessment and gave two options for fixing the system. He is busy because he is good but he was still able to schedule us for service within a few weeks and did a great job. He installed a new water line to improve pressure, put in new valves and heads and a drip line among other fixes. The service was prompt, excellent quality and at a reasonable cost.
