If your windows need done, do not use Dabellas! They are liars and they're rude! I've witnessed first hand, a family member set up to get a free quote. Everything sounded nice! The biggest red flag was that the guy, was SOO EAGER for the sale and contract to be signed. Family member said I would like a day to go through the contract and make sure everything is good. He said, well I don't want to write up the contract if you're not going through with it. Red flag! The sales guy told family member that it has 50 yrs warranty. Tried telling family member a quote for 25k. Sales guy then calls the boss, " Hey man here with "family member" wondering if they can get a better deal! He's big on honesty and we spoke man to man". The boss then quoted 16k bc apparently there's 2 more jobs being done in the area, so it saves them a little. Well of course my family member is smart (also works in sales). Used chat gpt to help break down the contract! Chat gpt of course pointed out everything wrong with the contract. Warranty is good for only 1 year! Family member called Sales guy back and said that he's very disappointed bc sales guy lied. Sales guy then of course started talking out his ass. "This is just the way I was thought. Not really sure on the verbiage used in the contract." If you don't fully understand your contract, don't sell Shit!! Sales guy calls gm, gm calls family member. Off hand started YELLING at family member, being so disrespectful. Wouldn't let family member speak. Then hung up, just hung up in the middle of trying to work it out. The company is obviously so bad. But their "tactics" to try and sell their damn windows is just awful and a trap. They were there from 6p-10p just pushing to get the contract signed. There's very little "breathing" room to fully read the contract and to back out if wanted. They're pushy, don't know how to take no, and very rude!! Please save your time and energy! This company comes to my door at least once a month despite telling them I am not interested and there clearly being a no soliciting sign. I have heard their pitch once. Their pricing is astronomical and they definitely engage in high pressure sales tactics. It's a shame this is how they choose to do business. I can only imagine how many people they've coerced into agreements using this method. read more

Dabella is known as a predatory company that scams the elderly by high pressure and coercion to get them to commit to overpriced product and installs. They got my elderly mother for $40,000 for 7 windows for a 1970's trailer. They even made her go to her bank to fix her debit card so they could steal $2000 from her that day. And after we asked for a refund because she could not afford their extortion offers, they then doubled down and send goons to her house to bully her into accepting their ridiculous offers. We got the police involved and that is the only way we could get them to leave that day. They are relentless and will most likely be back for even more harassment even though the police told them to never come back. read more

Sale presentation extremely pushy and overpriced. Haggled over the price for hours and hours. Story after story from salespeople. I am very knowledgeable with window replacement they were not pulling sales crap with me. They were the ONLY window co willing to come out. I am currently paying $1500-$2000 over what I should be. I have put down $2500.00. Windows were supposed to be made and installed the end of June. They were two weeks late manufacturing them. Installers were supposed to install today and I get a call 1 hr before appt only to cancel. I rest assure I will be all over them when my windows get installed. I will not put up with lousy installation as I have read of the other reviews. As of right now I DO NOT RECOMMEND DaBella. Now I see why I should have been patient and got a hold of Anderson Windows. read more

Jake and Josh were super pushy and unprofessional. They literally refused to leave until we signed a contract for triple priced windows. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. I hope karma hits them into bankruptcy. God willing. read more

After someone came to the door my husband scheduled them to come back and give us a quote. After assessing our windows we sat down and one of the salesmen immediately started using scare tactics, telling us that the dirt in our window seals was actually mold and how dangerous it is that we are spending time in these rooms. He proceeded to tell us that he is passionate about it because his grandmother is in the hospital for respiratory problems due to the same issue. He brought up his sick grandmother 4 times during the sales pitch saying things like "you don't want to end up in the same situation as my grandparents". I should've kicked them out as soon as he started using scare tactics but we kept listening to the 2 hour long presentation. I'm convinced the girl was talking super slow on purpose the longer they spend in your home the more likely you are to buy from them. When they finally got to the matter of cost they just kept talking about monthly payments rather than just give us a direct quote. We had to ask several times before they finally told us the price. When we told them there was no way we could afford that, they did their whole "script" of.., "we care about the health of your family so I'm going to call my boss and fight for the best possible deal". It was so scripted it was cringey. They use super high pressure sales tactics and everything about it was very uncomfortable. Due to that experience I will most likely never let sales people into my home again. read more
