Purchased a brand new black and white blazer from White House Black Market (Nov 4, 2022). Never worn it. After I have purchased it, I stopped by Dacula Cleaners to clean it before I wear it. It was accepted and I was told it will be ready on Tuesday (Nov 7, 2022). When I arrived it wasn't ready. No one informed me of the possibility it was damaged. He asked if I could come back. I said sure. I returned, paid and left. When I looked at the blazer at home it was damaged. Black dye all over the white. There was no note on the blazer to inform me my brand new, never been worn jacket was damaged during cleaning. I returned to the store. The owner, stated it was not his fault he send the clothes to a plant to get cleaned, then he stated as he was cleaning it he noticed the black dye running on the white fabric and lastly it is a "manufacturer defect" and for me to contact White House Black Market it is the company fault. He then show me the care tag, he said see it says on here "May Be Dry Cleaned". Well that means I could have the blazer dry cleaned with no damage. I left went to White House Black Market store located at the Mall of GA. Asked about manufacture defect of the jacket. The sales lady confirmed no reports of manufacturer defects regarding this particular style of blazer. I let him know it is his fault he damaged my blazer and he need to reimburse me. When I let him know how much the blazer cost and provided proof of the cost. His solution was to call White House Black Market and lie to the customer service rep in order for me to get a refund. He then let me know his sister is a lawyer and she had black and white clothes from Macy's. Why he thought to tell me this, I do not know. He is responsible for damaging my blazer, refused to reimburse me, will not take responsibility for he knowing he wasn't capable of cleaning my blazer and mention his sister is a lawyer (still don't understand why that matter when he damaged my brand new blazer) He is unethical. read more

I've gone to this cleaners for about 10 years. It used to be an older couple and they were great. Very sweet and professional. However, over the last couple of years, the young man I've interacted is with is pretty rude. I'd rather go somewhere else now. read more

I took a 100% silk pantsuit to this cleaners. When I came to pick it up, the person at the register showed me one side of the pantsuit and charged me $18.50. AFTER I paid for it, he showed me the damage they did to the suit. It is ruined. It also cannot be replaced. Needless to say, I do not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. BEWARE! read more

I went in as 1st time visit and was refused business!!! All I asked was what were prices! No proper greeting! I wouldn't bring my clothes for any service here at this location. They lost my clothes and never told me about it until it was ready to pick up. They acted like they didn't speak any English when I ask them when will they find my clothes... please don't bring your clothes here unless you want it to be stolen or misplaced" . read more

They are crooks!!!! My husband and I have been customers of theirs for over 4yrs. Recently took 4 dresses to be hemmed. They couldn't give me a price because "they don't do the alterations". Didn't mind...figured couldn't be more than $12 per dress max to just hem....wrong $89 damn dollars. Go to put one of the dresses on 2 days later and it's still dragging on the ground. Thinking this couldn't be right, I tried on another dress they were supposed to have hemmed...still dragging on the ground. Alas, all 4 dresses had no work done to them at all. Took the dresses back to show no work was done and requested a refund. They proceeded to argue with me and claimed they don't refund, despite no indication of such policy in the store or on the receipt. Proceeded to call the police at which time the young boy working there replied "go ahead, I'm used to this"...WTH?! Needless to say, taking them to small claims court...it's the principal of the matter. Do not patronize them unless you like to be hoodwinked! read more

I have been using this cleaner nearly weekly for about eight years now. My shirts are always done on time and the staff is friendly. They offer drive up service so if you don't want to you don't have to leave your car. read more

Oh my! We have been regular customers of this business for many years. Previously we had an issue of them mixing up our dry cleaning with someone else's but then fixed. They recently went up on their prices without telling us. My wife said something to them about the rate hike (our cleaning bill was $90) and also about how they have not been very friendly and the kid who works the front went off on her saying that she is treated rudely because she uses the drive up. Never have I heard a business speak to a customer this way! They will not get another dime from us. read more

I brought 26 shirts that should have been cleaned for one dollar each and these criminals charged me $4.50 per shirt. I pushed back and they held my stuff hostage and pretended they couldn't understand English! Their service absolutely sucks and they can go f themselves. Go support another local business. read more

I'm a server at a nice restaurant and my clothes have to be pressed and ironed a certain way and I figured this place could handle that at the reasonable price they told me when I took my clothes in to begin with. They quoted me $2 a shirt and $4 an apron. I brought them 8 shirts and 8 aprons so I figured I'd be paying $48 and then tax. Which is about the same price I've seen all around Dacula. I go to pick up my clothes which took 5 extra days to clean (not sure why they needed so long when other places can have them ready for me next day). I picked them up and they decided to charge me an extra $0.50 a shirt and $0.75 an apron. Being on a tight budget putting myself through college and other bills this turned into a lot more than I needed to pay all at once. My final total ended up being $59 and some change. When I expressed my concerns to the lady she began to argue with me telling me she charged me extra because "your clothes were very wrinkled and very dirty" (her words). (looking at my clothes now they still have several large sized stains that are unacceptable for work so ill have to get them all redone somewhere else anyways). I told her if that was the case she shouldn't have quoted me the original price. She told me she would charge me the original price and I thanked her for understanding and changing it back. Then changed her mind last minute when my card is already in the machine being charged she changed the price back to the new price at $2.50 a shirt $4.75 an apron. I told her this was absolutely ridiculous what she had just done and I wanted a refund back and she told me no. I then told her that all my friends and family that do business with her would not be back and she said fine I don't want them here anyways. read more

I took my down comforter in to be cleaned. When I picked up the comforter I discovered that I was given someone else's comforter by mistake. When I took the comforter back to the cleaners they could not locate my comforter and were not even concerned that they had lost my comforter. The only assistance they offered was for me to just keep the comforter given to me by mistake. My comforter was very expensive and the one they tried to get me to take was an old stained comforter that was not only not down but was also not the same size comforter I took in to be cleaned. The owner of the cleaners did not seem concerned at all that I was given someone else's comforter by mistake which makes you wonder how often this happens. No refund was offered to me and no offer to pay for my comforter was offered. They simply said they did not know what happened to my down comforter. Isn't that their job to know the whereabouts of items you take in to be cleaned. I would strongly suggest you never use this cleaners unless you never want to see your items again. read more

This is a family owned business that took over from the previous owners about five years ago. I had a good relationship with the previous owners, and hoped the same after the transition. I prefer to support the businesses in my area in the effort to establish good old fashion relationships between merchant and customer. After about six months of the new family taken over, I must say we have a good relationship.The cloth cleaning services are great and fairly priced. Most of the time my clothing are ready by 4 on the next day. Quality alterations are completed within about two days. Hope this helps!! read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have gone to this cleaner in the past for alterations. I took in a brand new dress for my daughter. It is a ball gown and was brand new. Paid $498. They had to take the dress up since it was too long and also took in the waist. They charged $160 for alterations!!!! That alone was a shocker but I was in a rush so I paid, in advance, for the alterations. When I got back the dress it was not only too short, it was lopsided. I brought the dress back and had my daughter try it on with the same shoes she wore when she was fitted. They saw the obvious error. However, they tried to tell me that it was the dress manufacturer that made the mistake! ????? They said they just followed the natural hem of the dress. I am thinking, it does not matter what the original dress hem line was. Their job was to alter the dress to fit - PERIOD. I know the dress hem line was not irregular. They only offered to see if they had the scraps to see if they could add back on material to "fix" the dress. They stuck to their story that it was not their fault at all and offered NO refund nor any other offerings to help with the situation. In all, they ruined a brand new dress and stuck me with $160 for faulty alterations. My child cannot wear this dress. They were suppose to call me but they have not. I am only forced to take them to small claims court. read more

When the owner of the dry cleaners we used retired, Dacula Cleaners took over our pickup and delivery service. They pick up our bag from our front door every Wednesday and deliver the clothes back the next day. They do an excellent job. I can also recycle my hangers through them. read more
