Awesome Service. The customer service at Dry Cleaners world is unmatched. Very friendly staff and their prices are great.

I have been a customer for a few years. However, I will never take my clothes there in the future. They have ruined several of my Jos A Bank dress shirts. The non caring owner claims that this brand of shirts shrink. So, apparently he knew this before cleaning the shirts, before taking my money and never warned me of the shrinkage issue until after the damage was done. What makes it worse is that he never apologized and made me feel as if I was the blame for his error. I'm starting to feel like the other disappointed customers who said that all they care about is your money. They only care until you have an issue. I never had this issue with my previous cleaners. Also, I never had a shrinkage issue with these shirts at Dry Clean World until recently. read more

Worst cleaners ever. After years of business and me asking them to fix a mistake they refused. Tried to blame me for their mistake. They are dishonest and only cary about getting paid, not about providing fair service. read more

I have been taking my Cleaning here for years and years and years. Had them him three pairs of pants last week which they did incorrectly and refused to fix. They want to blame me for taking bad measurements when that is the job at the seamstress. I would never take another piece of clothing here and highly recommend anyone to find a different cleaner than this one. I just went in to drop off my coat for a zipper repair the guy just said $55.00!!! He did not explain why, first impression is everything!

I don't understand why this dry cleaner receives such high reviews! They have earned my family's business because of their convenience, but are way too expensive. Receiving good customer service is extremely important to me, and I am okay with paying more if the customer service matches the value for my money, but that isn't the case here. Overpricing in a community that needs more business options nearby doesn't speak well of the integrity of the business. It's the greed that bothers me because they generate enough business to do well without it!!! I often wonder if their prices would remain so steep if they were in an area with a different client base!? Also, I like to see workers who reflect the community that provides such a good living for the business; even if it's a family business the additional help that's needed should be reflective of the community that supports them! read more

I have tried a few Dry cleaners and settled with this one. I love the owners and the customer service they are always so kind and helpful. I have never had an issue with any of my items and when one of my buttons fell off they were gracious enough to fix it. The price is a bit steep though, I wanted to just press my clothes - no cleaning and it cost a lot!!! More than I think I even pay for dry cleaning itself. Will stick to dry cleaning only in the future but I'll definitely always be back. read more

I came in to get my baby shower dress hemmed last minute. The owner was so helpful with giving me options to fixing the gown. They finished the dress in 24 hours even though I didn't need it for another three days. They were so kind and just provided amazing customer service. I have been going to Dry Clean World in Grayson for years. The past 2 1/2 years, I have not lived in the area but still go out of my way to use this business. They are family owned, friendly, and most of all professional. Not to mention, the prices are unbeatable for the quality of service that you get. Love this place. read more

I am very frustrated by this dry cleaner and will never give them my business again. I am a mail carrier and asked that my uniform shirts be given heavy starch. I was told that this could not be done because they were a cotton-poly blend. I had them starched at a previous cleaner with no problem at all. I guess they do not want to do the extra work to serve their customers. I will not frequent this business again. Don't tell me the reasons why you can't do something. We started using this dry cleaners when we moved to Grayson 14 years ago. I can tell you that we would not consider using a single other cleaner anywhere nearby. They are extremely friendly and we enjoy talking with them on drop off and pick up. We've never had a single issue with a piece of dry cleaning. Extremely responsive and dependable. read more
