One beautiful silk knee length dress shrunk to the length of a shirt - and the fabric on the other two is completely destroyed. The owner/manager first insulted me by argumentatively asking "what I do for a living that I wear such expensive things" ....as if that matters. She refused to take responsibility and said she "couldn't pay" for them and that the problem was the fabric.... I explained to her that the crepe fabric had been produced by this designer for decades and that if the problem was the fabric - this designer would not have a worldwide business. Also...they had been cleaned by other dry cleaners and were perfect. Do not use this cleaner - they are careless and will ruin your nice clothes - and then refuse to be accountable.

Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! I guess the old adage "you get what you pay for...." doesn't apply to Traditions Cleaners. I picked up my dress and it is a TRAIN WRECK!!!!! The cleaners did not press the collar band, the collar or the cuffs. The hem line is crinkled and the body of the dress is all wrinkled. The front placket is wrinkled. It looks like they blew it out and threw it on a hanger. It's a mess! Long story short....I am glad I only gave them access to one piece of clothing - they failed the test! The are NOT genuine cleaners....so I guess it could have been worse. But I won't be back!!!! And I will tell as many people I know to avoid this place.

Thought it was strange but its GA so a tiny bug is normal. NO...I begin to notice an excessive amount of these small bugs (dead and alive), EVERYWHERE! They were in the picture frames and all over the baseboards. Yes...BEDBUGS! Needless to say, I grabbed my daughter and got out of there. I had to go home and prep just to make sure I didn't bring anything home with me. Visit at your own risk.
