There was a product there I liked to use and had bought from there about half a dozen times. It wasn't cheap. I came in looking for it when I'd run out and they didn't have it in stock. A pretty young thing who worked there showed me an alternative product that was as expensive. As I hesitated the pretty young thing sealed the deal by telling me the product was guaranteed and I could return it if I wasn't happy. The product was horribly inferior to the other product -- didn't work at all. I brought it back expecting a refund, hoping the other product would be in stock, and intending to apply the refund towards the other product. An elderly Asian woman told me I had to take my claim to the product's manufacturer. I objected saying that I was told prior to agreeing to buy it that the product was guaranteed and that I could return it. She countered that it is guaranteed and I can return it -- I have to send it to the manufacturer. I left the store, found an alternative supplier of the product I liked that I used to buy from there, and haven't been back since.

After my recent experience with them on November 17, 2017 rest assured, they won't see my money again. On November 16, 2017 I purchased a bottle of what was claimed to be 100% pure Argan oil for $32. Upon opening the bottle for the first time that night, I recognized a foul odor coming from the bottle reminiscent of bad sour milk. 100% pure Argan oil should have a mild nutty flavor, anything outside of that would indicate that is was either over processed or rancid. Regardless, the next day I returned to Mom's to return the product. I was met by an elderly lady who I explained the situation too. The individual was very rude and insultive claiming "there must be something wrong with your sense of smell." She was very defensive and didn't seem to want to provide a refund. She then pulled out a paper claiming it had to be submitted to the manufacturer for a refund. My business was with them and not that of the manufacturer. I was so angered at the situation and lack of customer service that I left the bottle, told the lady I would never do business with them again and left. I will never take my business to Mom's Nutrition Centre again nor will I refer or recommend anyone to them. Their customer service is terrible, highly questionable, non-existent and somewhat disingenuous.
