That beer has officially moved into my top 5. I could drink it all day and honestly, I pretty much did since I found it on tap at a few other places while I was in Gainesville. The brewery doors were open, so you get to peek inside and see where they make the beer. The staff was working extremely proficient, and I never waited more than a few minutes for a draft. Parking was a breeze, and we arrived right at event start. The beer was fantastic, and mine even contained honey! Colby got the sugar and spice, and he loved it, and says it was "verrrrry good." I even got to share some of my stickers with the world, so thank you for a chill family day, my teen even enjoyed herself. We can't wait to return.

I was blessed with this amazing restaurant to have right downstairs so I'm going to tell you why I think so highly of it. Atmosphere/Appearance: The restaurant is so modern, chic, bright and fun. The décor is lovely and very thought-through. The restaurant spans half of the hotel's lobby with the bar area being right near the front desk, but the dining area directly on the opposite end. There's access to outdoor seating as well if you're feeling it. Service: So throughout my stay at the hotel, Kayla, Thomas and Desiree took care of me for breakfast. They were all amazing at making me feel truly special, almost like royalty. I remember Thomas's bubbly personality, Desiree's talkative spirit and Kayla's ability to cater to everything I needed. I appreciated every one of them. Frederick took care of me at the bar for the one dinner I had and he was awesome. He made me feel like he was a friend of mine whom just happened to be working there. Lol. Food: Breakfasts first. The first thing I ever ordered were the breakfast tacos. They're warm, soft tortillas served with scrambled eggs or egg whites, (I chose traditional scrambled eggs), with a choice of bacon, sausage or chorizo, (I went with all 3), topped with shredded cheese and pico de gallo. You can get breakfast potatoes or a side of fruit to go with the 2 tacos. They were fabulous. The only thing they were missing was some sort of salsa to throw on top. The pico just wasn't enough. This dish was certainly filling. Next breakfast entrée was the Street Corn Hash, which is a bed of chorizo corn hash and black beans topped with 2 eggs of any kind (I had scrambled), cotija cheese, cream and several slices of avocado. This was DELICIOUS. The chorizo was decently spicy, the eggs were fluffy and the whole mixture went together very well. It's much less messy to eat compared to the tacos and of course... I added some hot sauce to it. Lol. Like the tacos. They just need some sauces man. My next and favorite breakfast entrée (I got it 3 times during my visit) is the Superfood Bowl. This is such a beautiful looking, sweet tasting, healthy feeling, spirit lifting dish complied of acai puree paired with coconut milk & chia seed pudding, sliced banana, shredded coconut and crunchy granola. Like I said, this was SO GOOD and literally made me feel so good throughout the entire day. So I did stop by the bar one of the evenings to check out some of the dishes and here's how that went. I tried both their Mahi Tacos and Pork Tacos since the bar was slow. Usually you get an order of 2 with one or the other, but the kitchen hooked me up with one of each. I genuinely appreciated that. Each of the tacos are are compiled of grilled corn tortillas, a red onion-lime slaw, cilantro and the meat of your choice served with a barbecue creama or ranch. They were both decent, but the mahi came out just a little dry. The pork was much better. The wings I had really aren't even worth mentioning. They were okay, but I feel like they were on the menu simply because they're a popular table appetizer. They're just fried and tossed in some sauce, not my favorite. All-in-all, the breakfast here was superior to dinner. Value: Pretty good to be honest. Nothing too crazy here and everything is worth what it's priced at. Breakfast Tacos = $11.00 Street Corn Hash = $13.00 Superfood Bowl = $14.00 Wings = $9.00 Tacos = $14.00 In conclusion, I LOVED this place for its breakfast. The Mac and cheese was great but did taste a lot like coconut so if you're not into that then maybe veer away. The ambience was a mixed bag. The initial shop that you order the coffee in had a very cozy vibe with great decor. If you walk past the patio into the overflow seating the vibe changes a ton. The decor felt very uncanny valley, back rooms, like very odd. I think they need to work on that side of the property a little bit and make it more cozy. It was peaceful just walking among the blueberry bushes. It wasn't busy the Sunday early afternoon that I went. When I arrived no other person was in the wine tasting area. I was able to roam the blueberries with no one else around for like 20 min which was really relaxing.

The entire restaurant feels like it's improved drastically -- from the food, to the vibes, and the service. - I ate the lobster wontons, this was really good. - The tonkotsu ramen they have is seasonal from their summer menu but it is fairly priced -- probably cheaper than a lot of ramen places in Gainesville. However, you can definitely taste the quality. The noodles were chewy and bouncy, the broth was nice and thick. - I had the NY Strip too, that was good as well, very soft. I liked how it wasn't overcooked. - The nigiri set, has wasabi already put in between the fish and the rice, but you can definitely ask for more wasabi (or no wasabi). - I also ate the lamb chops -- the taste was delicate compared to a lot of places that serve lamb chops. I think I prefer their style because it did not feel as heavy in the stomach. - I also got the Grand Cru NY Strip. It is definitely worth $150. I literally choked on the fatty juices that came out of one piece. The Grand Cru is no joke. The flavor literally bursts in your mouth. It's very filling because it's so fatty. - For dessert I got the Kakigori. Personally, I like the shaved ice part -- I didn't like the crème brûlée part. It was too sweet.
