Unfortunately, the gentleman Frank drilled the hole the wrong size--too big. Now, our RO faucet does not sit properly on the counter, and we will have to rig it up, ruining the aesthetics. We told him BEFORE he started drilling that the bit looked too big, but he insisted it was fine. He didn't measure the bit up to the sizing diagram we provided him. We contacted Joshua, who proceeded to curse and threaten us with lawyers if we didn't pay him. Joshua stated that the services were rendered and that if we didn't pay, he would put a lien on our home (over $250 ). Joshua was screaming that he would show up to our home with lawyers and his crew and that "they don't make 1 inch diamond drill bits for granite (lol)" I mean really, it's a hole. It's too big. The guy didn't measure twice cut once. Calm down Joshua, no need to scream at people. No wonder your employee told us to contact him directly if there were any issues. We are not going to be bullied into paying for services that we didn't request- which is a hole too big for our faucet that we now have to fix. Please look elsewhere unless you like dealing with hotheads. Edit: If the owner thinks this install is acceptable- a wobbly install, not seated on the counter, with a gap visible from across the room, then he really is as delusional as he sounded when he cursed out my husband and threatened to show up at my house with 'his lawyer' if we didn't pay him. July 16th, 2024 we paid half of the cost to remodel our kitchen up front to Desert Prestige. We…read morereceived the cabinets in the middle of December 2024. Work began on January 2nd, 2025 and has yet to be completed. From the start, there were multiple delays, miscommunications, and out right liberties taken with our time from Desert Prestige. While certain delays are expected, there were weeks to a full month where no communication was given for us to know what was going on. During these times, we would need to take the initiative in contacting them for a schedule as they were not responding or proactively contacting us. Workers were also arriving at our home throughout the day, often without notice, including in the evening. Despite the owner, Eric, telling us when the workers would be on site, they wouldn't show up, sometimes until hours later, sometimes not at all. Towards the end of February, we were notified that we had to pay the rest of the project in full even though the project wasn't complete. We had to correct them on the contract on the things they purchased versus the things we purchased outside of them. One item, at least, still hasn't been excluded. There are also still multiple pieces of leftover trash and debris that has not been removed, even though clean up is in the contract. No one from Desert Prestige kept track of work that still needed to be done. They relied on us for this or simply didn't do it. Every time we were met with excuses and passing the blame as explanations for this behavior. After a month of no communication from Desert Prestige, we contacted them, and were told they would arrive on site between 11-12 the next day. They did not show up on time, and arrived at 1pm, only after being contacted again and told they didn't keep the schedule. Eric told us that because our "availability" was between 10-4, they were still on schedule, regardless of us telling them if they didn't show when we were told they would, they would not be permitted into our home. Desert Prestige's unreliability and irregularity caused us to have to work from home for multiple months and made us uncomfortable in our own home not knowing when or if they would show up to do the work they stated they would when they stated they would do it.

Trinity Home made our house a showcase with custom cabinets installed by one of the best in the business. Anthony's gift for designing was spot on. If something was not to our liking, he made sure we were satisfied. Our home is beautiful with a total redo of our bathrooms and a professional grade kitchen with an 11 ft quartz countertop. As anyone will tell you about any renovation, it's stressful, but it was all worth the wait for the final result. Thank you Anthony!

Not a good experience so far…read more.. 5 shutters installed...4 do not close properly. When moving the right side shutter to open the window, when placing the shutter to close it will not close properly, The shutter itself must be lifted and pushed up into the frame. Also lots of light coming through and several of the shutters are warped, the levers do not close entirely. I called to have the shutters repaired so they closed effortlessly. Repair guys came out and told me that's the way they are made. I informed them that the living room shutter which was previously installed by another company does not do it. They went on to say it's the poly carb material that makes them like this and the reason my other closed perfectly without issue is because it was a better quality made out of wood. Sooo I wanted to say your product is inferior therefore I should have less expectations??? But I held back. I called the office to express frustration. The lady who answered the phone provided me with a number to text the pictures and video. Meanwhile I go to use my laptop which I rarely use and discover it was broken, cracked open on the bottom. So I sent another text asking for someone to please call me back because it had already been a few days and no call back no response. Finally I get a call from the owner who was already on defense mode. He started off stating he had talked to the guys and essentially their story was different, it certainly was not truthful. He stated the guys said I was with them during the entire install therefore the computer couldn't have broken. This is not true! Yes, I showed them each room but I didn't stay. I told them I was working and to please do my work office last. Which they did. While they were in the work office I locked my computer and remained in the office until they were completed. I did not supervise them while they were in my other personal office where my laptop was nor any other room for that matter. As a matter of fact, most of the time they were here I was on a conference call. Anyway, the owner was defensive when talking to me and wanted to know why I didn't report the broken laptop earlier to which I informed him that I rarely use it and I reported it the minute I discovered it's condition. I'm the only person in the household so no other person could've done it. And if the owner had looked at the pictures I sent him, the laptop is sitting fairly close to the window. In hindsight I should've moved it before the install. $2k computer. The owner continued to ask me questions which clearly he did not look at the video and at the pictures and I told him quite frankly you haven't done the research or review before calling me. It was all a blame game like they were the victims. I was certainly frank when I made the comment and apparently he didn't like it because he said he was being disrespected. I told him as the owner you should be more open to feedback especially since it concerns your personal business. He went on to say he was being disrespected again. Listen, if you have no clue what is going on and call a customer and act like a victim...I'm going to give honest feedback. If the guys took ownership of the laptop incident it really wouldn't have been a big deal. The fact that they lied about it is not good business nor should they be left alone. Another learned lesson. So apparently someone is coming out to look at repairs. I'm expecting a call which I don't think will happen. Because I have block wall construction is the issue per the owner. Had I known about this and the quality of the product...I'd never gone with this company.
