He clearly explained my options and the associated costs, and the repair was completed on Monday, December 2, 2025. I'm grateful to have heat in my home again. You can't beat honesty and experience…read more Yes, there still is integrity in this business. We replaced our upstairs HVAC with them 2 years ago. It is still running strong and turns my upstairs into a deep freeze if I choose to. This week, we had them do a much more intense replacement. Our downstairs HVAC unit was from 2005, mated to a furnace from 1993 (33 years in service...not made like this anymore). Things literally were routed different back then. The initial consult from Mike (Owner) was straightforward, followed by accurate pricing from Bri (Manager). Scheduling was quick. Timeliness of their crew and the electrical subcontractor was exactly as expected. The removal of the old unit was a challenge, but they persevered and managed to get it out. They relocated BOTH line sets to let us move both units to a different location. This was an EXTREMELY REASONABLE cost and jump started our next phase of expansion. I could not be happier with the install and project management they pulled off for this. I am always gunshy to ask for additional work, but they were very accommodating and quick to integrate my changes. Don't be like me, and think things through to let them prepare properly. I call Sunbelt and get in touch with Bill who is the owner. He mentioned he charges $95 an hour and both thermostats will take about an hour. He always super honest helpful and friendly. I mentioned to him unsure of cords and compatibility and so my husband called him back talking about HVAC stuff. He was insightful also to my husband. Shannon and Ryan i think was his name both show up today get both thermostats done in less than an hour and are super informative about what they're doing. Stay away from Edmond Air. I spent thousands to have Edmond Air replace the coils in my system in…read more2019, and I was told at the time that I had a 10 year warranty on the coils. When my system started to run hot this month in 2026, I had them come out and I was told that the coils were indeed leaking, but they only had a FIVE year manufacturer warranty. The tech admitted that when they perform the install, it is a 10-year warranty. However, they magically had no record of installing the coils in 2019, and did not even have my information in their system. I had a couple thousand dollars of work done and they had no information on me? Odd. The tech said that if I can prove they did the work, like with a bank statement, they will honor the 10-year warranty. So I provided them with my bank statement from 2019, showing they did the work, and what I paid for it. I contacted their office and spoke with multiple people who said they would look into it but they never got back to me. I finally called again, and they stated they could not honor the 10-year warranty even though I provided the proof of original service that they asked for. They then quoted me an enormous price of $3,150 to do the job, but then back-pedaled and said they could do it for just $1,900 to "help me out". What they did not tell me, but I found myself reading the detailed print on the quote sheet, is that the $1,900 price only came with only a ONE year warranty. Not ten. Not five. ONE. I made every effort to work with them and gave them every chance to make it right, but eventually I just had another company come out and give me a second quote. The other company only wanted $2,000 to do the job with a FIVE year warranty. No hassle, no over-quoting, no misleading information. I also had the other company check the manufacturer warranty status of the coils that Edmond Air installed in 2019, and they confirmed Edmond Air NEVER EVEN REGISTERED the coils with the manufacturer in the first place for a warranty. So... Edmond Air lied about the ten year warranty, had no record of the original work they did, said they would honor warranty with proof but then did not, overquoted me in an attempt to make it seem like they were helping me with a lower price later, communicated poorly throughout the whole process, and never even registered the coils with the manufacturer for warranty in the first place. All of this hassle and poor service, and on top of all of it they were much more expensive than the other local company that I reached out to anyway. I would not do business with this company.
