Called the previously used company to service our A/C (no names here) and was told they were booked for the rest of the week. Asked about getting on their schedule for the upcoming and was told in so many words, no, they will call. That call never happened. So I called them on a Tuesday and got yet another excuse but, I was on their schedule for the following day. Didn't happen. They got another call from me, and I advised them they were fired. Next move was to find another A/C company and I didn't have to go far. I called Hardin's but didn't get an answer and I'm one that hates to leave msgs on a vm. But! They called me back in short order and an appointment was made on the that call for the following week...today. Jason showed as expected after a heads up text. Changed the filter, cleaned coils, checked freon & duct work and more. Just did an excellent job of ensuring our system is good for the summer. Hardin's is now our new heating & cooling company. Nick was great. He came to do a maintenance service on the a/c and found that the capacitor was working at about 50%, so we had that replaced as well. He was honest, explained everything, and got the work done in a timely manner. This was our third time using Hardin, who put in our new system just prior to us buying the house. This company passed my hvac. I had no idea that my realtor was using the sellers hvac guy. He passed the hvac after i closed on the house i had to call the city out because the it caused mold and carbon monoxide then i found out my house is deem unlivable by the city. I would never recommend metro mark brokerage to any one because they all work for themselves and not you. read more

The guys at Hardin's were awesome. My furnace went out on an ice day and they sent someone right over. Come to find out it was completely dead and he couldn't even limp in along for a few more days. The owner came over after hours to make sure they had everything they needed to give a the best quote and got heat back in my house in a couple of days. The guys were very kind and when they left, you would never have know they were there. The left my yard and driveway cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend calling them. read more

He was very thorough when checking our HVAC, noticing an issue that had not been caught by the previous company who serviced our HVAC.
