My sister who lives here recommended Dr.Phil at King George dental and I am forever grateful. My old dentist recommended a crown on my front tooth which I really didn't want but was told that was the only option. Dr. Phil told me a crown wasn't necessary and performed a 3 surface filling instead. He and his assistant did a phenomenal job! (Pic included) All the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The way we found out about this misfortune was when trying to set another appointment now 4 months later. We were told that we had to pay the cancellation fee prior to scheduling another appointment. I found this to be very disappointing that we couldn't have paid when we came in on our next appointment or before it. I received a collections letter from a debt collector in the amount of $56.00. threatening legal action if not paid. Surprised and slightly aggravated by this (I never received a bill) I went into the office this morning and inquired what the bill was originally for and to pay it. The women at the front desk immediately became defensive citing the letters they had sent previously (to the wrong address I had moved 2 years prior) and three phone calls. When I asked what the original bill was for neither could tell me because the "billing lady" is not in today. The only thing they knew was that the original bill was for $30. I am assuming it was for missing a cleaning appoint but I may never know. They admitted that they had received returned bills but in the two years I went in for cleanings since I moved no one ever asked for an updated address. Kinda sucks because I really liked my hygienist there. On principle I will never use this office again because I don't deal with business that sell personal information to debt collectors for $30 instead of sending an email or leaving a voice mail. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Andrea, my hygienist, was SO gentle. I've always had a difficult time with dental scans, but she made it so quick and painless. The cleaning was very thorough and I was comfortable throughout the entire time. The dentist was also very thorough with her exam and made additional recommendations with dental care, not pushing any particular products, but ones she personally recommended. I'm extremely pleased to have found a dental office I don't dread going to. Highly recommend this place if you are in search for a dentist in the area!

Our children have been patients at two of the "top-rated" pediatricians as we've moved over the years--and this is the only practice where you're truly treated as a person, not just a number. If you're looking for speed and convenience, you can always go to an assembly-line pediatrician. But if you want a true care team--literally two doctors who will know your children by name, provide thoughtful and individualized treatment, and actually keep you informed--this is the place for you. When I first called, Anastasia let me know they're a smaller practice. So yes, I may wait on hold for a couple minutes while they're helping another patient--but I'll take that any day over the rushed, impersonal care we've experienced elsewhere. At the other offices, they'd order multiple bacterial infection tests based only on symptoms I described over the phone--without even seeing my children. That's not care--that's just billing insurance as quickly as possible. Sky Valley is the complete opposite. Here, they take the time to listen, assess thoughtfully, and treat your family like their own.
