Excellent experience from entering surgical care in main hospital to leaving after 2 days later…read more Receptionist was pleasant, nurses professional, competent and friendly. Care was great throughout the stay and food was even good. Nurse even called that evening to let me know all was well and room number to visit at any time.

When I needed help the most (for my own medical skin condition last spring and summer, that was practically blinding me and making my eyes and face bleed, daily and was also keeping me sick and out of work) I was shown nothing but nasty attitudes, rude physicians who don't even have the medical knowledge to back up the decisions that were made for me about my care, and an enormous bill that does not match up with the care that I received. Also a ton of confusion and anxiety because I truly felt like no one knew what they were doing with my care. I was admitted for 4 days, then needed to go back to the ER again once discharged, because as soon as the antibiotics were done, the problem returned 10x worse. This was after they prescribed me an oral antibiotic to go home on, which I'm marked in my chart as ALLERGIC to- and they have tried denying that ever happened (even though I have a witness and documentation from them ) amongst a bunch of other issues that I wanted them to address with their medical staff. Took almost a full year of asking for a Patient Advocate to simply call me back about the horrible experience I had, and so I was sent to collections instead because no one wants to do the right thing and make a phone call. Later on (recently) was mailed a letter back stating that I was lying about all of my concerns and that I was causing the medical problem. Oh yeah, I love being without money and unable to take care of my kid while I'm begging for medical help. Seriously?? There are about 4 staff members that I can think of specifically, who were NOT rude and condescending to me while I was there. Otherwise, couldn't get any straight answers or communication from anyone about what was going to be done, never had a repeat CT, plan of care changed about 4 times between infectious disease doctors who don't communicate apparently with one another, Dr Bernard in the ER really needs to get her bedside manner/nasty attitude in check around patients, because I've never been spoken to so dismissively in my life (and now I know why ALL of my own patients beg, "Please, do NOT send me to the southern ER...." Completely get that now!) Had to argue into getting the CORRECT CT scan ordered and then still denied an infectious disease consult (which is what I was there for, after already contacting them and THEY told me to head to their ER, lol... it's like no one actually wants to be in medicine there, they just want the paycheck and you're a nuisance to them as a patient in pain. I truly don't understand.) During my first trip and admission, Dr Devlin was amazing- kind, compassionate, ordered tests instead of just having me sit there for 8 hours (much like when I needed to return there after being admitted.) During the 4 days of admission, they never did any additional scans, no dermatology consults, no biopsy or additional wound cultures. Just pumped me full of Vancomycin and told me I'm "picking at my skin." Was told "no one is going to biopsy your eyebrow unless you go to Boston." Incorrect. Had one done at outpatient Dermatology in Bedford NH in the middle of the fall after losing my job with southern (too much missed time at work. you'd think they would have helped their own!) I actually have a diagnosis now for my skin condition, and am on lifelong injections that have finally been healing my skin. Within 5 months, it's almost completely cleared up and I was COVERED in wounds. Wounds that Southern couldn't have cared less to investigate and find out what they were. I wouldn't even bother asking for a call if you have an issue, because you won't get one. They'll send you to collections anyways, then mail you a letter calling you a liar. Lol. Great hospital- Said NO ONE EVER. Place is a dumpster fire. Not to mention that housekeeping didn't clean the bathroom for myself or my roommate for the entire 4 days, despite me asking, and there was feces smeared across the back of the toilet seat. I mean, I'm sure there's worse places but really... The infectious disease team also really needs some education and some better communication skills between themselves and with their patients. It's like a clown show trying to get anywhere with their office and they also don't seem to care whether their patients heal or just lay there and die. Was told by them "maybe you have lupus, maybe it's your diet, maybe it's tunneling to your brain." super reassuring, thanks for nothing. Lol.

must say I was recommended to the facility with high recommendations however in any office org…read more.. you may run into issues. staff in actual office seems acceptable and would say that you may want to check around before choosing a medical doctor and facility as main Nashua hospital vs other offices were not apparently approved for multiple major commercial insurance so may or may not be covered. On the other hand I can say that there have been ARPN that if covered by your insurance have been decent. However apparently excessive calls from a main office 2024 that are not the most pleasant if you are asking if you are going to attend an appointment and need to reschedule it is not appropriate for any staff to tell you that they are keeping the appointment as scheduled multiple times when you request to reschedule. so in the entire state their contract was not renewed. two major insurance companies commercial. If HMO you will in addition have to pay out of pocket now 2025 for entire medical expense. Not only facility/org. However please note no not impressed in general however there are still decent medical staff in the facility. I will say in last 15 years 2 practitioners have been decent 2024-2025 however unless emergency you very well may get multiple "surprise bills" any ins from the facility. The term "suprise bills is on what to look for on health insurance site. Basically unless you're unconscious likely despite the facility claiming to treat anyone despite insurance and also claim to have department to help if insurance is not covering any part is in essence not true in most cases so plan accordingly

I do not typically write reviews - either negative or positive - but I feel an ethical obligation…read moreto write one here for prospective clients. Juliana Medrado is very nice and usually diligent about my follow up concerns. However, I do have major concerns about this office. I had to call back frequently to prompt communication following testing, and while I understand the burden on the medical system currently, there is no excuse for negligence of standard of care. It was evident that my inquiry was subjected to the bottom of the pile as it was not deemed urgent enough despite persistent and yet respectful phone calls from myself to them. Each medical staff member who called me back did not have answers for me and I found myself repeating my concerns only to be told to await another call. They were often dismissive and did not understand why I was looking for clarification regarding my test results. I had to strongly assert myself in order to receive a referral to a specialist because they did not personally deem it necessary and challenged what is a basic patient right to a second opinion. While they likely see an influx of patients with health anxiety, they should not view each client through this biased lens or allow it to be a barrier toward addressing patient concerns fairly, with discretion. That being said, patients with mental health challenges are particularly vulnerable to this type of treatment by medical staff. Let this serve as a reminder that these individuals in positions of medical authority have the responsibility to treat every patient concern with dignity, diligence, and empathy - and that nothing short of this should ever be tolerated. I left each conversation with this office questioning my own judgment and this is the opposite of what the patient experience should be. Please be wary of receiving services from this office or any office that causes you to doubt your own expertise, which is that of yourself and your health! I genuinely hope that they do better in the future.

The nerve sending an email to me, to discharge me then she blocked me from responding. Save your time and go to someone who cares about patient care because this place just isn't it. They also noted in my chart that I am a pot user, which I am not. I used the patient portal to have the information corrected and they gave me an attitude, as if it were my fault! They also held my medication until I came in for a visit. Beware of this office.
