Andrew and Melinda stepped in without hesitation and spent about 45 minutes working through everything with me until it was fully resolved. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure things were made right. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also made sure I was okay throughout the process and even helped keep my daughter entertained while we waited. On top of that, they took the time to explain a few things to me so I'd understand what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future. Their kindness, professionalism, and care stood out in a way I don't often see anymore. I left feeling relieved, supported, and honestly very grateful. And one in particular that doesn't speak at all when you come in or when you leave could benefit from some serious training regardless of his position. A BIG KUDOS to TJ, Lamar, and Shay.
