I didn't know what that was so I asked. The guy at the table said that he said hard title and that it meant that they physically had the title there. When I decided to stop bidding, the auctioneer insisted that I bid one more time and guaranteed that I would get it... Caught up in the moment, I did and he was right... When I got into the office, they had the release for the R(reconstructed) title. I refused that car and made it very clear that I was paying for the regularly titled vehicle. After they accepted my money, the woman laughed and said that she was applying it to the R title. I ended up stuck with the both. Now, I wouldn't even buy a cup of coffee from these people.
