I had to wait about 8 minutes just for someone to show up and unlock the area I needed. After that, I stood in line for 5 minutes, only to wait another 15 minutes at the cashier just to get assistance. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. I understand staff may be busy, but this location clearly needs more help in the afternoons. I know my voice alone might not make a difference, but I truly hope CVS considers hiring more people to support the team there. To other shoppers: unless you have plenty of time, try to go early--or on a day when you're not in a rush. You'll probably end up waiting.
