The biggest complaint I heard was that the chicken was a bit spicy and their portions are a bit off. Wife got the 4-tender meal and was still hungry after. Daughter got the chicken SANDWICH....which was really big, so the wife ate the rest. I got the 2-pc thigh/leg combo with 2 sides and a biscuit. Really enjoyed this meal. Not sure I'll win the debate to visit again here, when there's a Chick fil A 2 spots down, but I'll surely try!

Wow I was impressed and this is the Chick-fil-A treatment that I excepted. By the way the gentleman name is Dennis and he also agreed that he was the best ever. We need more of this so make the call and take the name note to self. This is why I'm going from a 1 start to 4. Update: Today I called and I wish I had taken the name of the manager that answered me. She was very apologetic and told me that she was going to check in this matter and that the gentleman is the sweetest person ever. I'm going to call back and get his name because as kind and nice as she was to me I want to be to him. I hope that the manager at that time can learn from this experience and treat customers better. If I could give this place a zero I would! The the only person that deserves it, is the older man working cleaning around being so kind and trying to make me not feel upset for being ignored. I called her back as I have a notification and she says did you order with the worker up front and after I said yes she said I don't think so. At this point I'm frustrated it's our second day driving back home after a great vacation and drive and this lady just ruined my day. I want to give a shout out to the decent older man that works there and try so hard to make things better by saying maybe there is going to be an accident and this is why you are being late (bless his heart) he was so sweet. I go to the car to get my phone and show to the manager or whoever gray tshirt was and when I come back she has my order and not even an apology.
