First the restaurant has a large detached parking lot, not one car in lot or drive thru lines, no employee cars at all, looks closed. I see an employee sitting at table so I think it is open because it's 8:30 PM, so I park but no luck because the door is locked. This place will go out of business because it always looks vacant because there are no cars in parking lot. Needs a lighted "OPEN" sign and the employees need to stay open the posted hours, not lock the dining room at 8:30. Best to just avoid the place all together. Update, 10/19/24 8:30 lobby hours posted to 9:00PM, the doors are locked and employees are ignoring customers wondering why? Four times now place is closed during posted hours, the most poorly managed restaurant I've ever seen.

Then you put the burden on your customers to double check your work. Customers should be able to go through a drive through and have confidence the order is done correctly. It should not be my fault my order was incorrect. Its always something with this Popeyes. Always a disappointment. I'll never be back. There's other Popeyes in the area. I'll be going elsewhere. My recommendation is don't give them your hard earned money. They'll do a crap job then blame it on you. ZERO stars!

The thing that I like best is their ketchup. Besides coming in very convenient dipping cups, it is the best tasting ketchup I have ever had. I wish the label would tell me who manufactures it for them, but all it said was made for Whataburger. This location is open 24 hours.
