I tried to order through the app, but I wasn't sure at which CFA I was at...turns out it was the Mid-County location. (Two addresses popped up, and I didn't know which was which.) In the end, I ordered at the counter. Almost as soon as I finished the process, the staff member handed me the order. Wow, what an impressive experience! You all know I love my chick- fil-a franchises so it's no surprise that I would frequent this one while on a work trip. Let's first talk about lines and clutter in the parking. First they have what they call a condiment station. This is the worst! Why not give me it at the window with my food? And why are you all stopping through traffic on this lane? It causes more traffic and confusion. Definitely don't think this is convenient. How did they get approval for this? My orders are always wrong and fries are always salty when I come. I just toss them. Lines aren't ever super long to my surprise when coming. Although they are my favorite chain this one doesn't have the extra nice employees. Oddly enough I'd rather wait a little longer to have my order in one stop without a condiment line. Been three times with wrong order, salty food, and also the condiment line which is obstructive. The pizza place didn't make the pizzas for our meeting, so we stopped at this Chick Fil A on the way and they got us what we needed in just a couple minutes! Amazing!! And everyone was so nice. These guys deserve business!! read more

The usual on food. Fresh and fast. Salad and a medium drink over $11 is getting a bit high but people are lined up to eat here. I recently decided to go for my favorite salad : Southwest grilled chicken salad. The service was fast even though there was a line and they were very polite. I ordered a side a fries and a small soup. Both of the foods ordered were hot when I got to my apartment. I enjoy going because they always treat me very nice and get my order right. I will be going again when I crave my favorite salad. By the way, I asked for 2 avocado range dressings and they gave me 3! Win! read more

Love the family nights on Tuesday! This place is always super busy but you always get your food fast and the order is always right. The play place is a pretty basic chick fil a play place. I frequent about 20 different Chick-fil-A's in the surrounding area. I'm a sales guy and chicken minis and chicken bites are favorite. Most places give great service their food is also good. But over the past year this location has become a hit or miss service placeI have tried in the nicest way possible to tell management but still the same social service most of the time. One time I was on a trip with my friend and we went in the restroom, he slipped on water and hit his head and it looked like pee. Chick-fil-a has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. You really can't compare other fast food to it. The fried chicken is great. I prefer the chicken sandwich and nuggets. Their waffle fries beat all other fast food fries, just make sure you eat them while they are warm (once they're cold, they get soggy). The only sad part, is Chick-fil-a is closed on Sunday... which is oddly when you want it the most. I have driven there many times just to arrive and remember what day of the week it is. read more
