And mustard in my bag and he said, you didn't order any very rudely and I said, well, can I please get some? The bun soft and simple. Toasted perfectly. The burger, prepared excellently on a griddle with a nice crunch on the outside and a perfect amount of fatty good ooze. Seasoned simply and perfectly. The bacon was also prepared to crispy perfection. Next time I'm in Dilley I'm so coming back here for more burger magic.

Fast friendly service, nice ambiance and decor, and great food. I very much enjoyed the crab stuffed jalapeños appetizer, and the fish and shrimp entree was very very good. The thin and crispy breading was perfect, with all of the texture you want and not too much flour and/or cornmeal to cover up the delicious seafood. Bonus points for the delicious homemade slaw. My two guests both had burgers, and they looked completely amazing. My food was great and I was still jealous. Will return next time I'm in the area. One small request. Please add a few more sides that would pair well with your grilled seafood option.
