Absolutely a horrible experience. I pulled up to the stall, pushed the red button set there for about twenty minutes.And a very rude young man came across the speaker and said very rudely, go to the drive through. I then went through the drive through ordered my stuff at 9:30 PM at night and got up to the window. He handed me my stuff. He was kinda flamboyant and I said, hey, is there ketchup? And mustard in my bag and he said, you didn't order any very rudely and I said, well, can I please get some? And he said, if you ask nicely, it turned around and the look on my face he goes bitch, I wish you would. He never came back and brought me the mustarder. Ketchup then on my trip, back to Bay town that night. We started eating our food as we got to the.Red light the food was ice cold like it had been sitting out for the whole time we were in line, or they were premade. It was absolutely the most horrible disgusting food that I have ever eaten at sonic. And that guy who is a heavy set guy wearing a blue shirt, had curly hair was so rude. Slowest sonic ever. Placed my order when I got here on the Fourth of July and they still haven't finished it (today is July 7th). They also took about 25 minutes to even acknowledge us. This place is still one of the top 5 places to eat at in George West. Out of a total of 4 restaurants I'd rank this place fifth, right behind the peanuts and beef jerky combo at the local gas station. read more

Ordered food and asked for some mustard at the drive through window. I was told "there might be some in the bag". *might be*? I check the bag; only ketchup. I again ask the friendly, gorilla sized, lady at the window for some mustard. She looks at me like burning a couple calories to walk away from the window was a bad thing for her. She hollers at someone and returns with two packets and hands them to me. At this point, I just smile and drive off. Not worth dealing with these people. read more

I was skeptical about coming here. Then I realized they no longer have the Chicago hot dog. What a waste of my time! Never again.

This is the worse place. They are never busy but it takes a long time to place your order and to get it. There is always 4 to 6 staff members working so if you are the only one there why does it take so long to order and to get your order. read more

My husband and I are glad we have a Sonic. So far we have had good service. I am glad for the jobs they have for young people to learn. I try to be positive even when there is a mistake made. It is fast food, but it has been good. read more

Don't even want to put a 1 star in this review because this sonics is the worst!!! I ordered a cheeseburger and the burger was super cold so I went so they could remake me another one and the other Cheeseburger had no veggie in it at all and no ketchup or mustard or mayo, so I went back and I told them I just wanted my refund the guy said that it was going to be awhile for it, so he told me I'll make it myself just tell me what you want on it so I told him I wanted mayo mustard ketchup lettuce tomato and pickles, and as I'm waiting there's a big huge roach on the wall so he comes out and says cheeseburger with mayo mustard ketchup lettuce and tomato and I said where are my pickles he said you didn't say pickles, I told him yes I did and he said you only told me mayo mustard ketchup lettuce tomato and pickles I said there you go I told you pickle he said no you didn't, so I said you know what whatever just make sure to kill the dumb roach he said we'll kill it when we get a chance, it's people like you that are taking up our time and you need to just be please with what you get, I left, first of all its my money I work hard for it and I'm going to spend it on something to my liking not on whatever you get.
