So the drive thru is on the left if you're pulling in from 37. And it's a weird parking lot for a drive thru, just be careful because if you enter on the right, you have to cross the drive thru traffic and no one has any kind of stop sign or directional sign. So I ordered just the crispy chicken sandwich, and EW. That first bite tasted like slimy fish! So I took it out of my mouth and observed the rest of the chicken. It looked undercooked and the breading was not darker like it normally is. I ended up not eating much of it just in case, plus it was slimy like I said. Hubby's quarter pounder and fries were fine. I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:10am gave my order 1 small mocha frap and 1 sausage mcmuffin i then waisted 10minutes at the window and within that time i watched as tqo customers walked in the counter were not helped so they left not one employee was visible or anywhere near the registers at all. After all that i decided to leave so i pulled up to a gas pump and low and behold i see 4 four employees emerge from the back as if they did not want to be seen or something. The McDonalds there is completely horrible!! Everyone working the complete 4 employees for a super busy truck stop, was moving like molasses and the slowest employee ended up being the manager! While waiting forever for my order I went to the Subway "next door" and got my food very promptly with only 2 employes working. After asking for a refund since it took incredibly long the manager snapped at me that they were understaffed and that's why it was taking so long. Uum no sir. It's because you're a shitty manager and all of your employees including you move so slow as if not a care in the world or a care about the 20 people waiting 15 min for a premade burger.
