Went through the drive-thru at this Dairy Queen and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a while. The woman working--middle-aged, very short with me--was incredibly rude from the start. She sounded annoyed just taking my order, and snapped when I asked a simple question about a menu item. read more

Terrible. I wish i read the reviews before stopping here. Just wanted an ice cream cone. The wait was so long and only had 1 person in front of us. The employee was rude from the start and took so long to take my order for 1 chocolate dipped cone. When it was handed to me, the side of the cone's chocolate was smashed in and there was 4 napkins wrapped around the cone holding in the mess. When eating it, the ice cream was already mostly melted and the ice cream was dripping out of the side with the broken chocolate. I feel like it must've fallen over and broke and decided they don't care enough to make a new one after messing it up. It fell apart all over my lap and I had to just toss is in the trash. I'm surprised this location is still open and i don't plan on going to a dairy queen ever again. read more

Possibly the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. Spent 7 minutes attempting to order two chicken finger meals at the drive through. Every time my order was repeated back to me it was wildly wrong. How does gravy and a chocolate blizzard get added when all I was talking about was chicken? I had to wait a while for my food to come out after I FINALLY finished ordering and although I got everything I asked for (except ketchup), it was in bad shape. The boxes were DRENCHED in grease and one had some kind of brown sauce all over it. Both boxes looked like they'd been drop kicked before being delivered to me as well. My mom had to use the bathroom and after coming back she said the whole place felt greasy. Apparently the bathroom was pretty gross too. I'd recommend finding a different fast food restaurant to go to. read more

Blizzard tasted great once I got it, but I waited a full 30 minutes to pick up my mobile order and nothing. Store wasn't busy either. I was the only one there most of the time. Finally an employee asked what I was waiting for and I showed her my order. She made it in like 30 seconds, but I have no idea why they didn't make my mobile order or ask me sooner. Stopped during a roadtrip, needing a pick me up. I went to the doors, which were locked! So, I went through the drive-thru. I told the woman taking orders, "Hey! Your doors are still locked!" No apologies, so I ordered my vanilla cone and drove to the pick-up window. She hands me my cone, which was a little on the little side, then sees my dog beside me and asks if he likes ice cream, as well. (What living being doesn't like ice cream?) She makes a little cup of ice cream for my pup--almost as big as my own--and passes it to me. Very nice. I went in to use the bathroom, too. It was okay except for a janky-looking sink. If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would! Went through the drive through and waited almost 15 minutes for someone to come on the speaker and take my order. They mixed up the sizes on our blizzards which is okay everyone makes mistakes. But then they put our soft serve that was supposed to be in a cup in a cone and gave the wrong size. Our fries were extremely soggy and barely cooked. My drink was very watered down, had no carbonation, and almost no flavor. Drove all the way home before realizing the fries and drink weren't edible or drinkable. As someone who works in the food industry this seems unacceptable. So, where to begin. I was scared when I walked in, as 3 waitresses weren't worried about serving us. When we finally got served, and our food came, it was cold. I bit in to my fry dipped in gravy (when I asked for barbecue), it was cold. Chicken was the same way. We finally got it back and it was ok, the chicken still wasn't great, but it was eatable. My cousin got his chicken and didn't have as much patience as me. We got a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and we get it and there was one patty. We get it back the second time and the bacon wasn't warm. Their excuse? "It's precooked." We get warm bacon in a clump with the waitress dropping it onto our table without saying a word. They never apologized, after any of our problems. It might be better than McDonalds, but that is questionable. The first thing we noticed was that there was an odor that is similar to a filthy China buffet. The very next thing was the plethora of flies buzzing all around the food preparation area and dining room. Finally, the bathrooms needed a good clorox wash to clean them and kill that dirty urine odor. read more

I enjoy a blizzard from time to time and have been known to purchase DG ice cream cakes. I have only gone through the drive-thru and I can tell you from a very particular consumer Cambridge DQ goes out of their way to provide excellent service. They are courteous, efficient, and professional in fulfilling my order. I live closer to a different DQ (which is terrible) and am willing to travel further for the great service I always receive at Cambridge, OH Dairy Queen. read more

I honestly don't even think it deserves one star the bathroom was nasty and covered in pee it had not been cleaned and was disgusting then we got our ice cream we ordered 2 things one was a royal Oreo blizzard large that was made correctly but have one spoonful of fudge so not much fudge them we ordered a small chocolate come dipped in chocolate and we got a small vanilla cone dipped in chocolate and the ice cream was melted on the inside of the chocolate the chocolate was peeling and overall it was a horrible experience and I don't really think I'm ever gonna go back they need to clean their restaurant and get orders right before trying to serve people read more

We stopped here on a Friday night and the place was not busy at all. There were only three people working and it was close to 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged that we were standing at the counter. Once we gave the woman our order she proceeded to slide our card and then ask if a 10 minute wait was okay. As we were waiting on our food another couple walked in and the lady working the counter turned customers away by stating "we are busy right now and there's a wait on ice cream but Tim Horton's has great frozen hot chocolates!" SHE TURNED BUSINESS AWAY! Another group of people came in and she told them they were only serving chicken strips and that it would be a 20 minute wait. Mind you, there are only two tables in the actual restaurant. The lady was VERY rude and was walking around with her shirt half pulled up. The restrooms were also disgusting! We went to sheetz to use the restroom and took our food to go after close to a 20 minute wait! I do not recommend eating here! read more

This "fan food" is disgusting. I ordered chicken fingers and my dad ordered a fish sandwich. He wanted the sandwich with just cheese. He got it with tartar sauce and lettuce. I got ranch with my chicken and it looked chunky, old and dryed out. After we left I was brushing my teeth and I found a peice of short curly brown hair and no one in my family has that.
