TL;DR Review: They shouldn't have things on their menu that they don't actually serve. Maybe I expect too much. I wanted a Frappe. It's on their menu, and I want something coffee-like and cold. Nope, they said they don't have it. Okay, how about a iced coffee? I'm not crazy about sweet; how close to black coffee can you get it? How's that? You just mix coffee flavoring into milk? First time to stop & the last!!! Food was ok. Service was slow. Inside was nasty & dirty. This is an older location but no excuse. Went to men's restroom. To wash my hands. No paper towels. This Dairy Queen is in line with what you expect to see from the chain. The food is good and the employees are pretty quick to get your food to you. Usually get a meal deal so I a can get sundae with my food. read more

Me and my family took my mom here for her 86th birthday. This is where she wanted to go and could have picked anywhere else. The cashier was not friendly at all. I ask for onion rings on my order and when I got it there were fries. I told the girl that brought our food that I was supposed to get onion rings and all she said was oh. It also took a long time before we got our food. I noticed the same cashier was not friendly to anyone that came in. All the girls in there were not friendly to anyone. I hate to stop going here. This is a good place to go for some cheap ice cream. They always have a variety of different blizzards to choose from, and seem to have something new every time we go. The lobby was kind of gross when we went, but it IS Dairy Queen and I'm not expecting 5-star cleanliness or service. read more

Took a road trip from Little Rock yesterday to get some fresh air and out of the house. Stopped at DQ cause it's been a while. Ordered lunch in drive thru as indoor is closed. Here are the things I found exceptional, I could hear clearly when I ordered and the food was prepared quickly. The burger and fries I had were very fresh and still hot when we ate in the car. The chicken fingers and fries my wife had were very warm and tasty with enough to take home. Being desert time we drove thru again and had ice cream this time. Great experience, friendly service, prompt and good food. Will go again soon I hope, you should too. read more

I have been here many times and the food and service is great. They treat me and my service dog with respect and I enjoy the food as well.

Dairy Queen is a great place for soft serve ice cream desserts. I like it enough that I worked at one during a summer in college (and still eat there now). This franchise in Conway meets usual standards in their ice cream, but the restaurant itself has always looked a little run down even though the place isn't very old. I remember when this location was built around 2001, and the upkeep hasn't been diligent. The service has always been just okay with some occasional flippant attitudes from workers who obviously do not want to be there. I like the desserts at DQ and will go back for that reason alone, but this venue needs better management. read more

If you are looking for a sugar rush on the cheap, this is the place to go. I used to try every Blizzard of the Month until I realized how many calories are in a small Blizzard (i.e. childhood ruined). Visited 01/29/15 7:03pm This was my first time ever ordering from a Dairy Queen. Lobby was extremely messy with food and napkins on the floor spilled under various tables, many tables were not cleaned. Workers did not look professional at all. Ladies had their hair hanging down out of their ponytails on the sides of their face with long strands potentially invading any food passed within 12 inches of their bodies. Some shirts were tucked in, some were not. Horseplay in the kitchen and I heard one employee cuss and describe a customer who had just exited the drive-thru window as crazy. The young lady who was working front counter had her phone in her hand and her facebook messanger went off as i was ordering. None of the employees seemed happy to serve, and i was given half a smile throughout my ordering process. So unprofessional. Cleanliness was not a word these workers knew well obviously. Ice cream machine, many counters, walls, and floors all needed some cleaning. I will not be returning to another Dairy Queen for quite some while. Do not try try the Royal blizzars cause they do not put hardly and fudge in it. maybe a small spoon full and if you eat more than half they do not refund you anything. I was hoping there was more fudge on the bottom but they cheated me big time. DQ is over PRICED for what you get and they are rude when wanting to make things right. This DQ is OVER RATED and the prices are to much for what you get. And if you use the drive thru they are rude to you like you are bothering them. I hate this dairy queen. I'm from hot springs and absolutely love their 5 buck lunches and would be able to buy them anytime i wanted back at the store in hot springs. But at this location, they only sometimes allow me to purchase a 5 buck lunch at anytime. i understand there are rules but i wish they would at least be consistent. i went to DQ the other day at 4:30 to get a 5 buck lunch that i had been looking forward to all day and they denied me, which was fine but there was no way for me to leave the drive through and so i had to sit through a line and wait for food i wasn't going to get. i just feel like you should try to accommodate a customer over something that could lose you business. i will literally wait in line just to leave before i pay 11 dollars for the 5 buck lunch equivalent. the workers are also rude and unhelpful. i just don't understand the strategy of providing a menu item for only certain hours of the day. read more

This place is HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The customer service is lousy. They got 2 of our orders wrong. They did not wrap our son's grilled cheese. Smashed the fries down on top of the sandwich. We had to wait in line behind 1 car for 11 minutes then wait on our food for 8 minutes. We did not special order. Straight off of the menu. When we called, we were told to bring it back right then. Not really easy. No response to emails. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE. read more
