Waited 15 minutes for a employee to even come to the front counter. Then she just told me to wait a minute which I told her I have been waiting. Five minutes later she finally came to the front counter to take my order. You should never ever have to wait 20 minutes to have your order taken. By the way my family was the only customers in the store and yes there was one car that also sat in the drive there waiting while we waited so they were by no means slammed with a ton on customer. The staff simple was not wanting to be bothered by actually doing what they were being paid for. Really sad and feel bad for this store owner. read more

If I could give zero stars I would I waited 30 minutes for my order and when they gave it to me it was under a heat lamp and it was ice cold and didn't give me my extra that I ordered. Horrible service needs to either close or get new workers and management. read more

Nope. We sat in the drive-thru for like 10 minutes then had to park and wait another ten. We only ordered two chicken strip combos and an order of pretzel sticks. (I don't eat meat so fast food is tricky for me...but we were starving on a road trip and that was all that we saw at the time, so pretzel sticks.) The chicken and fries were both cold and the bag contained no pretzels. My husband had to walk back to the window to get them. Omg. They were cold plus they were so oily that grease soaked through the cardboard holder and through the bag! Wtf?! Why would pretzels be covered in grease?! And the queso dip was cold. I've seen a lot of hate for DQ's on various reviews, but there is none from me here! My waist line isn't a fan of DQ, but I grew up eating Blizzards. Nerd Blizzards to be exact. Something about those crunchy Nerds in a Blizzard.... Anyway, not only does DQ, specifically this DQ, make a good Blizzard, but they have good burgers too. The fries, like so many fast food places, are great when they are cooked correctly and served hot, but they become really terrible when they are under cooked or served cold. But really, get a Blizzard. It will make your day. read more

RUDE EMPLOYEES, HORRIBLE ICE CREAM PREPARATION and HORRIBLY RUDE MANAGER!!! We live in a neighborhood off Old Fannin Road in Brandon. After dinner almost every night since the beginning of May of 2021, we have been going for dessert here. We use the drive-through for convenience. Consistently the employees get the order wrong and they NEVER read back the order at the drive-through. It happens almost every night. The most common mistake is when we order a simple chocolate sundae [not a hot fudge sundae], they put this gummy fudge on it as opposed to simple chocolate syrup as a chocolate sundae is supposed to. When I ask them to correct it, they are ALWAYS 100% consistently irritated with me and rude about it with a terrible attitude. We also usually get a "Dreamsicle Dipped Cone" and "Chocolate Dipped Cone". Both usually come out lopsided, broken, or not completely dipped. The presentation is absolutely horrible, but even worse, they are usually a drippy melting mess with ice cream and/or the dipping ingredient dripping all over the side. Last night yet again, we went back to get dessert and the person at the window handed me a fudge sundae instead of a chocolate sundae. When I explained to him the difference, he looked at me like I was crazy and went to correct it. When he brought it back, it had maybe a small teaspoon of chocolate syrup on it and the ice cream was already half melted as if he had used the same ice cream from the previous mistake. I asked for a little more syrup and was told by the manager in a VERY RUDE TONE, that I would be charged for extra syrup. I just wanted more than a teaspoon full. I was told to pull up to the waiting area for the rest of the order. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, the manager brought out the rest of the order. The sundae that was handed to me was melted a great deal so I asked them to make another one. The dipped cones were once again drippy and lopsided and the manager offered no apology and walked away when I explained to her that I was going to contact the franchise owner. There are two problems here. The first is the lack of training in most of the staff working ice cream orders. Second and most important is that the manager in the evenings is EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE and has a terrible customer service attitude. We love to have dessert at Dairy Queen, but because of the horrible preparation of the ice cream and even worse customer service by ALL who work the window, we will no longer go there. I adamantly suggest you avoid this place until they figure out hot to prepare simple ice cream orders and learn some customer service manners. They are EXTREMELY RUDE consistently. If I could give this Dairy Queen zero stars I would. I ordered my son a Chocolate Xtreme cake for his birthday to be picked up in about 4 days. When I arrived to get his cake they couldn't seem to find it. After "looking" for the cake for approximately 15 minutes we were told that the cake was still "warm" and needed a couple more hours before they could decorate it. Understandably upset, I expressed my concerns as the cake SHOULD have been ready at the scheduled pick up time. I decided to come back after a few hours because with the birthday party being the next day, I really wanted to just get the cake. After 3 hours we came back to get the cake. We were told they had to look for it. Once they apparently located the missing cake, we were then told the cake still needed to be decorated. WHAT?!! Keep in mind, this cake SHOULD have been finished several hours ago!! After waiting yet another 15 minutes or so, we were given the cake at a discounted price. Before I even got to the car, the cake began melting and was slopped to the side! The cake was brought back in and I requested a full refund. The only response I received from the manager was, "Oh, our freezer isn't working"....WHAT?!!!! Yep...never going there again. I say STAY AWAY!! read more

The "now hiring" sign and long drive through line should have signaled me to keep going but I wanted a blizzard. After a long wait to order and a longer wait to get the food, what a disappointment!! Fries were cold and banana split blizzard with pecans that was ordered came with only had pieces of strawberry and chocolate syrup. Will not return. read more

Not happy with the service nor the experience at this location. We stopped at this location traveling through on our way home. First off we went through the drive thru and from what little I saw made me wish I could pull away. I had already paid so I tried to not make too much of it. The guy who took our order acted like he couldn't find our order and appeared lost at what he was doing. Our order was sitting next to the cashier counter waiting to be passed to us. Once someone helped him he began to pass our ice cream order to us. Every single one (4 to be exact, blizzards) had ice cream running all down the outside making a complete mess. I ask him for napkins which he acted like I was being rude for saying how messy the cups were. If some spills out or goes over it is not hard for who ever made it to simply wipe it off with a napkin before passing it to me the customer. So I had to clean each cup before passing it to my children, which I could tell he didn't like. Thankfully it was only mine that was completely melted and a runny mess. I would have turned around and went back but I was so frustrated and pushed for time. Had my kids been melted also I would have made time. What happened to good quality CUSTOMER SERVICE these days! Will find somewhere different next time we are passing through the area! Too much can money for a sweet treat to not enjoy. read more
