I had a butterscotch, roasted pecan, double malted malt, and it was fantastic. The ice cream is very good quality and that plays a great part in the overall flavor. Few places make actual malts these days, but this place does and they are good at it too. The young man that served me could have played the low talker on an episode of Seinfeld, as I had to lean all the way across the counter to hear what he was saying, and I get that some people are just very shy; but other than that I really enjoyed the ice cream. Will definitely be going back even though it means traveling from Madison to get it.

Painted ice cream cones adorn the walls. There is pink everywhere, alongside neon green. Some vinyl records and an old cash register (covered in candy) add to the ambiance. The whole package is one of a vague sense of fondness for old things: there's a touch of the 1950s, a touch of the 1980s, and a whole lot of cuteness. The space isn't just about the atmosphere. Customers are here for ice cream --- and ice cream they receive. There are about two dozen flavors to choose from, along with the expected options for cones, toppings, and so forth. The staff can make any flavor into a milkshake, which is what I went for: a peach milkshake on a 100-degree day absolutely hit the spot. For those who like candy, it's for sale by the pound. If you want to linger inside the darling space (and who wouldn't), there's free wi-fi and ample seating.
