Walked from the hotel about a half a mile in the dark, crossing crazy busy highways to grab a #2 spicy deluxe with french fries. Oh yeah, and a sweet tea. Chick-fil-A didn't disappoint. This was a terrible experience for me. I went on 4/30 around 10:30 ish and there was an older black woman taking my order. I watched her check employees in front of me and as a service worker myself that was very unprofessional. She got my order all the way wrong also! I asked for chicken tenders and she told me there would be a wait for them....ok I was cool with that. It wasn't cool how I made it to work and I had COLD CHICKEN NUGGETS instead of the tenders I was promised and waited on. Drive through needs to be explained better. One should not get in the mobile line until after the stop sign because it blocks parked cars. Am I completely wrong on this? HORRIBLE. They served me a chicken but it was still ALIVE not technically breathing but moving. It was the most horrifying thing ever. Outstanding establishment, and phone app. Yeah I saw the sign , and the long lines ( two drive through lines ). I decided to give it a try. Downloading, and setting up was easy. Made my order , and pushed the ( I'm here button ) when I got there. Within a minute of coming in , I had my fresh chicken sandwich in hand. 9-28-16 used the app again . I hit the I'm here button , walked past cars sitting in line to order. I was in , and out with my order before the car I walked past moved up in line ! Super yummy chicken sammich! Nom nom nom! Really, really friendly service here. I camped out for a few hours taking advantage of their free wifi and the sweetest girl came around about every half hour to refill my drink and to make sure I was doing ok. You don't just see that kinda good service every day at a fast food joint! Make sure to check in at this particular Chick-fil-A because you'll score a free gallon of their tea just like I did! This is the worst Chick-fil-A ever. Save yourself some trouble and go sit down in a nice restaurant somewhere and it will be much quicker and accurate. One person directing traffic every once in a while would be VERY helpful. I watched a lady eventually get out of her car to go direct traffic so that The line could move LOL. If you go to this location expect to sit in traffic for a half hour just to get very simple sandwich and french fries. I would suggest driving to Madison or County line Road location and it will still be faster or maybe drive to Memphis or New Orleans or Birmingham or Atlanta and it should still be quicker. This location has steadily gone down hill. The drive thru might as well be called the parking lot. Service has gotten slower and slower. They stopped serving their spicy chicken biscuit so as I sit here in the lot hoping the next moron will pull forward and keep the line up straight. They couldn't get my order right for nothing. I ordered spicy chicken deluxe crispy with Mayo. I left and realized they gave me grilled. I called and went back. They brought me another grilled. When I call back and receive the crispy, it was not fresh at all. When I opened the mayo, I realized they gave me cilantro lime. I did curbside pickup from this CFA and when I got home to eat my 4 count strip I was met with a nasty thick looking piece of hair fried INTO the chicken and breading. I immediately tried to call the store but they never answered. I then called CFA cares and was told the store would call me within 24 hours. Never happened. They decided to resolve the issue by giving me a coupon for a 4 count strip. Why would I want a coupon for the very thing that had a hair? I would be so grossed out trying to eat that again. The best thing about Chik-fil-A is always the very friendly, courteous staff who have the best smiles, they never give you an attitude or treat your like your in the wrong neighborhood (cough, mcdonalds..) and the chicken is always fresh, always tasty, and always clean. Not what I was used to from Chick-fil-A! Placed order for 3-strip combo w/tea for me and just an original sandwich for a friend. Guys at window made a big deal over giving 2 sauces-for two entrees. And I had to remind them twice about my tea. I called back and complained to manager & she agreed we were due 2 Chik-sauces. For all my troubles she offered a reward. I didn't ask--she offered. 3 days later--no reward. No wonder kids act a fool over sauces--while forgetting the tea you've actually paid for. Manager was just as untruthful. Chick-Fil-A is my family's favorite fast food place. Their employees are always polite, helpful, and accommodating, and their food is consistently good. The wait at this location is usually incredibly long though due to all the traffic here, and it's like that almost any time of the day that you go by. So, we often decide not to go here because we don't have an hour to commit to sitting in their drive thru. Also, almost every time we place an order here, something is missing from our order, so if we don't check the order before we leave, we will get home before realizing someone in our house didn't get his meal. We have brought this to managers' attention on multiple occasions, but this persists, so double check your bags before you pull away so you don't go hungry! ;) read more

The curbside service is the worst of any chick fil a I've been to. They do not run orders out one at a time, but wait until they have a few that have parked close and bring them out together. Service is great, as it usually is at Chik fil a. They are SUPER fast. I usually stop by for coffee on the way to work and it doesn't take but a second. I also stop by after work some days and get a wrap. Those are definitely my favorite menu item! I sometimes sit inside, their dining areas is kept up nicely and the servers bring the food to your table. But when it's hot outside I highly suggest a frozen lemonade. Oh my YUM.
