Unfortunately, I did have a negative experience with one employee that really stood out. While I was waiting and leaning on a table, a staff member came around spraying and wiping tables nearby. Instead of waiting until I had moved or politely asking me to step aside so he could clean, he started spraying and wiping the very table I was leaning on--without saying "excuse me," "sir, could you move," or offering any kind of courtesy. As a customer, that came across as rude and unprofessional. Simple communication and respect go a long way, and in this case, there was none. Even after I moved and looked at him, he didn't acknowledge me or offer any apology. It left me feeling as though the action was dismissive, if not deliberately disrespectful. To be clear, the rest of the team did a good job and the food itself was up to Five Guys standards. But this one interaction left a negative impression on my visit. I hope management will address this so that all customers are treated with the same level of courtesy and respect that's expected in customer service.

I pass through here pretty often, and I've eaten at this Burger King before, so I don't know why my review isn't here, or any other reviews for that matter but it looks like I'm going to be the first to review what some might think might be a new location. It's not. I know I can always count on this BK to come through! As I galavanted towards the front entrance, smoke from the broiler permeated throughout the air. I tried to get it on camera, but the sun was in the way. I did a mobile order app, and ordered my usual, Whopper with jalapeno, heavy all, low carb. I don't need to get chopped down here, but I ordered fries because they were free. I can have a carb now and then can't I!?! As I approach the counter, some nice young lad immediately approached me, and asked me something about grub dash or doordash or something? I don't know if he thought that I delivered food but obviously I don't. Told him I was here from mobile order, and some nice older woman in the back over heard and said "I got you!". As I was walking in, I saw one of the cooks back there preparing my Whopper or what I thought was my Whopper, turned out it was. The fries weren't super super hot, but they were free and they were hot enough for me to eat as I trollupped back to my rig. I broke out my keto bread, broke out my custom Whopper, and I'll tell you, IT JUST DON'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS. No exaggeration, this is probably the top Whopper of the year. I asked for a cup of ice, and offered to pay for it, but the nice lady filled it up for me and sent me on my way. The restaurant itself was super clean, the couple employees that I dealt with were top-notch, and there's a reason I keep going back to this particular location, and sometimes park across the street just to eat here. I will be making my call to corporate, and telling them and letting you all know, that this is cross country BK Ambassador approved and certified!!!
