I always get the blizzard Oreo with strawberries on top or on the side. I can't say anything bad about this place except they charge $.79 to add strawberries to my blizzard but when they put them on the side, it's a small condiment cup that has maybe one or two strawberries in it and I think that that is crazy to charge so much for such a small amount. Stopped for a little treat for meeting a goal at the gym. I'm giving this location the benefit of the doubt because they made my off menu favorite blizzard with no argument at all but they did not flip it. Come to find out it was more like a milkshake si had they flipped it would have dove everywhere. After reading some of the other reviews it seems like a common issue going back years so maybe it's time to order a new machine? read more

Giving a 1 star, this Dairy Queen is right near my house. My aunt and I went to this location after dinner because we wanted some icecream. When my aunt got hers she expressed that it did not taste right. Also the photo shown below is what mine looked like right when i got it, if im not mistaken it shouldn't be so melted and i believe it should look different. However, I still ate mine not wanting to cause problems. It was alright. The employees were kind, however when my aunt went to try to exchange hers and she had a hard time. Nothing on the receipt, nothing on the survey or the website indicated that it was only for the Powder a Springs location. I had made my order and the manager refused to accept the coupon. This is terrible customer service. The workers are very nice. My final thought is that it is either a dairy, queen or it is not. Good customer, decent ice cream, and food. I saw one of the employees bring a group of people their orders. I thought that was pretty cool. I appreciate they had the air set to 73 degrees because 5/1/16 is a humid, sticky day. Icecream and such will set you back $12 for 4 people. The restuarant was clean for the most part and people were enjoying their treats. Will come back. This Dairy Queen was filthy. We had to wipe down our own tables and the floor didn't appear to have been swept all day. We order a chicken basket. The chicken was cold, as were the fries. We ordered multiple blizzards and milk shakes. We had to go back up to the counter 3 times to get our order filled. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was texting on her phone by the drive through window. She claimed to be short handed but there appeared to be multiple people standing around doing nothing.
