This was my first time at this location. Because I was in this end of Atlanta, taking care of business, I stopped and got lunch for my grandson. He's almost 2 years old, but he can eat to be so tiny. :-) He ate 3 out of 5 mini chicken nuggets. He had a kids meal and got a book for his prize. I ordered me a frozen lemonade. I don't eat chicken, but I love the potato waffles. They were delicious. I ordered the food online and went inside to pick it up. It took about 4 minutes for the food. It's really crowded, but the lines went by really fast. We will definitely be back if we're on this side. read more

Got our food via the drive thru. We were already down the road on our way to a funeral when we realized my chicken strips were 4 flattened, over cooked, heavily salted pieces of chicken. The I opened my cup of macaroni and cheese only to find ONE HALF cup of Mac and cheese. This did not remotely resemble a Chick Fil A product. I've heard other establishments try to adopt the phrase but they fail to realize, it's not just the words but the service that accompanies them. I ordered a #5 meal, the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce & tomatoes. I didn't eat the bread (should've told them to keep it) and ate it solo, which was fine since the chicken was tender and seasoned. I substituted the superfood kale salad for the fries and water in place of the great lemonade or the key lime frosted beverage I wanted to try. The restroom was clean and had mouthwash. I have reached my wits end with this location. I have been giving them several chances over the past year and have even personally texted with a manager over the issue. She said she would get it fixed but I'm not seeing any changes. The kitchen staff does not know how to make a proper chicken mini at breakfast time. I had gotten to the point where I have to check it before I leave. The mini's are always missing a nugget, torn bread, missing half the bread or are so over buttered that I can't eat it while driving. I'm done with this location and will be going to one that's out of the way where they take pride in the quality of their work. No more chances. If you appreciate low quality food that you're paying too much for, then this is the place for you. My $10 is going to another franchise. This operator need to do better. read more

We are traveling and thought splurging on Chuck-fil-A would be fun but let me tell you - whomever designed this location screwed up royally! The handicap parking is basically inaccessible for anyone who is handicap and most like is in violation of the ADA access rules because you can't get to it without waiting for the egress and ingress of the drive thru to allow you into it. The drive they lanes merge where the egress from the drive thru window exits. They used only one window for payment and distribution. All in all it took 35 minutes to get our food from the moment we entered the parking lot and there is no option to leave if you change your mind due to the numerous barriers! read more

I wanted something sweet from the stressful day so, I got a cookies and cream milkshake and bae got a vanilla shake. I ordered from my app and selected curbside pick up. The least efficient CFA I've ever encountered. I'm never afraid of a long drive-thru line at CFA because they move so quickly. Not this one! From entering the parking lot to leaving with my food was almost exactly 30 minutes. By the time I realized this was not going to be the usual experience, it was too late. The parking lot design had me trapped, so I could wait forever and still be hungry, or wait forever plus a minute and at least have some food for my troubles. This location on Thornton Rd gave me my first ever bad customer experience at any Chick-fil-A. I ordered and paid for lunch on the mobile app and went to the store to pickup. When I got to the window I was asked to pay. I explained that I had a mobile order and showed my receipt. The manager, Stephanie said there was a problem on her end and she would not give me my order unless I paid again. In the name of customer etiquette, she should have accepted my receipt, gave me my order, and resolved the problem after the lunch rush. Instead, she called the police to have me removed from the drive thru. Yes...the police. I had to call the corporate office to receive a refund. I gave them 1 star because the vanilla shake was great! (And that was the lowest I could go) But I ordered a 12 count nugget and large fry. The nuggets were cold and barely breaded. The fries were undone and stuffed in the box when I pulled them out they were all smooshed together. I wish I had took a picture to show you guys. On Tuesday June 7, 2022 at 2:15ish pm I had placed a mobile order for a single ice cream cone. I had picked drive through but it wasn't moving so I switched it to pick up inside. I stood in line with the other mobile order customers. I waited about 20 min. This was fine cause you could tell they were busy. A customer started talking to another person sitting behind me which happened to be an employee. Her name was Amber. I turned around and asked Amber (I'm sure she was on her break!) if I had a mobile order for an ice cream cone, do I need to tell them I'm here? This marvelous employee said, "I will get that for you."Got up, washed her hands, and got my cone. I wanted to recognize her and praise her. I was so impressed with her performance. Not too sure what's happening to this location. My daughter and I sat for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru line! We would have parked and gone in, but, lol, we were stuck in line due to the tall standing orange cones!!! The food and staff are always great. I think everybody loves Chic Fil A however, went today and the food was only warn. My sandwich had clearly sat around quite awhile before I got it. A bigger concern for me was about Covid-19. They closed the dining room as they feel it is unsafe to be inside. When we got our food it was CLEAR to SEE one of the people handling my food had a mask on but his nose was not covered - so don't really care if we get Covid-19 from them. Now I don't go here to much. I usually go before or after the dentist. But when I do go the service is great! Inside chick-fil-a, the bathrooms are large and clean instead of being small and nasty. When I'm waiting to get food, I can just stand up or sit down and wait until my mother's name is called. The One bad thing about chick-fil-a is actually some customers, I see the same ones when I go and When I try and go by them to go to the restroom, they are incredibly RUDE. I say excuse me and they turn around DISGUSTED by me and Sometimes they move to make it harder for me to get past them. But in conclusion, chick-fil-a is great place. My mum has friends there so while we are waiting for our order they can catch up and since I am easily entertained, I just juggle the sauces. I just really would appreciate if chick-fil-a would notice when the customers are being Rude to the children. But I once called asking if they delivered and the woman told me, "unless you have $150, we can't deliver." Which made 0 sense.
