I entered the drive thru and the person said "take a moment to look at the menu and i'll be with…read moreyou" which i thought meant to just look and figure out what i wanted; since i know what i wanted i went ahead and began to say it. then in a worsened tone the worker repeated what they said to begin with. i'm currently waiting here for about 8 minutes now, just to get my order taken. I understand if they are working drive alone but if that's the case they need to call in another worker or at least learn to balance orders and cash. i don't go to arby's often so i'm unsure if this is a one time thing but it's very frustrating. edit: the poor girl was working front, kitchen, cash, and orders all by herself. as someone who works in the fast food industry i understand just balancing two positions is insanely difficult. this is not okay under any circumstances and needs to be fixed. people shouldn't be working like that for such little money, either pay her the salary of four workers or get four there.
