I really miss the Ruby Tuesday location that was near my house, which closed several years ago. So when I am in an area that has a Ruby Tuesday I try to go there for lunch or diner. I absolutely love the salad bar, my favorite thing about Ruby Tuesday. It features all the items that I would use to make the perfect salad at home IF I had the time for all the chopping, slicing, and dicing. But this salad bar allows me to create my dream salad. All the ingredients are fresh, and the bar is always kept clean. On this visit I ordered an Impossible burger along with the salad bar. The burger was perfectly cooked and delicious. Service was good even though it was extremely busy and my server was covering two sections. Every table was occupied and there was a line at the door waiting to be seated. read more

I went in Warsaw, Indiana on July 31, 2026. Food was awful salad bar did not look good at all. Some of their items was not fresh. was on the brown side I.ordered fish and chips and you can pick up the fish with your finger and it was just tons of grease the Tartar sauce was runny and I don't know if it had beans in it or what it was nasty. My daughter ordered a side of mac & cheese to go and what it was was a pasta with cheese. it was a waste of five dollars on her behalf ,horrible won't be going there again I hope read more

We had plans for Texas Roadhouse but their a/c wasn't working meaning it was in the 90s in the dining area. Not too familiar with the area, we ended up at Ruby Tuesday. There only being a few cars in the parking lot on a Saturday evening should've been our sign. But we had an elderly couple with us, so we went in. The salad bar used to be something to enjoy as an entree - not at this location. If Dollar Tree had a salad bar, it would resemble this one. Most of our food was mediocre at best. I ordered a 6 oz ribeye medium that arrived looking exactly like a broiled pork chop: thin, pale, no char, and as well done as a flip flop. I would never go to this RT again. read more

The Ruby Tuesday in Warsaw, Indiana is one of the few left. From the outside, it shows its age but the parking lot was filled with quite a few vehicles and filled more later. You are surounded by the familiar Ruby Tuesday look and decor. I was greeted quickly and sat at a table in the bar. While I waited on my co-workers, I perused the menu and ordered an Old Fashion. The Old Fashion wasn't bad and was aided by the fact I didn't get the well whiskey. After a short wait and a few sips of my drink, my co-workers arrived. I ordered the jalapeño bacon queso burger with fries and the salad bar. The salad bar was decent and I had a tasty salad before the food arrived. My burger was cooked the way I asked but wasn't very spicy considering it had jalapeños on it. The queso, oddly looked like it was missing and I don't remember seeing any bacon. (I forgot to take a picture. My bad...) The fries were lacking in quantity or perhaps the plate was bigger than it should be. The fries were okay. Not the best but not the worst. The salad was the best part of my meal and I should have just ordered the salad bar as my main meal. The staff was great. Our waitress (Mary), who was also the bartender, was friendly, funny, and attentive. She made us laugh and we had a good time that night. I was expecting my bill to be large because of the 2 Old Fashions I had with my meal, but the total for my food and drinks was very reasonable. I am not the biggest fan of chain restaurants but Ruby Tuesday is practically next door to my hotel. Overall, the food is okay. The salad bar takes the spotlight for sure! I was so excited to see this Ruby Tuesday open! Most in this state have closed. Ryan was the consummate server - pleasant, knowledgeable & efficient. Although my husband and I did not eat at this location, we did stop in on our way back to Illinois to use the restroom. I apologize for not getting her name, but the bartender was an absolute gem on helping us out and was very nice and polite! Went last night for dinner with a table of 9 for mother in law birthday & was disappointed.. I got deconstructed chicken kebab & it was chicken bites with peppers, zucchini & onions. So small portion for $12.99 & $5.99 salad bar. Salad bar was so so because the croutons weren't the same. Very hard with no seasoning. Sister in law got a steak which was unbearable. Strange color & not sure it was even steak. Waitress wasn't attentive for refills & very pushy to get us out when we were done. My wife and I drove about an hour from Elkhart just because I have missed having a good Ruby Tuesday salad bar since we left Alabama in 2017. We've been to a few other locations since then but they weren't very good. Taste wise, this was the best since 2017. I have no complaints about the food itself or the waiter who was also good. The problem was that my wife and I kept having to get them to replace the plates at the salad bar. I think they eventually replaced four stacks of dirty plates before we could actually eat our salads. Nearly all of them still had specks of food on them and several still had wet soapy film on them. We are in Warsaw from the Detroit area on a regular basis for waterski tournaments, and always stop here at least once a trip if not more often. The food hits the spot for us, but what I appreciate the most is the service. Ryan was an extremely attentive server, accommodating, kind, and in general everything I hope for from a server. My daughter is an adult with cognitive disabilities along with other special needs, and he accommodated her flawlessly. We will be sure to make Ruby's a stop on our trips to Warsaw in the future. read more

Most restaurants offer nothing more than a side salad and a Caesar salad or a wilted piece of lettuce on your burger. RT gives you a large salad bar that allows you to select the veggies you enjoy. No other chain restaurant other than the buffet joints offer that and the buffet joints can't match the the freshness and quality of the RT offerings. Awful. We arrived to the restaurant and were seated immediately. We were the first to sit down. Our appetizer was delivered to the wrong table, and we had to wait 15 minutes for a refill. Then when our appetizers did arrive, one had been dropped on the floor. Every table around us that got in after us got food first. Stopped for dinner at approximately 7:30pm on a Saturday. Most tables were empty and a majority of the empty tables were dirty. The floor was covered with pieces of food. We were seated in a booth that appeared to have been wiped off with a dirty rag. It was 10-15 minutes before any wait staff asked us for our drink order. Once we ordered, I opened my napkin/silverware and the utensils were very dirty with caked on filth. My husband's silverware was even more dirty. That was all we could take. I have been here 3 times this week. Not once was I asked how my food is. The first 2 dinners were pretty good but the service was lacking. Tonight I had the 2nd worst burger I have had in my life. I ordered it done not burnt specifically with extra pickles. The burger I got was burnt and there were no extra pickles. The bun was so dry the bottom fell apart the first bite. The server never asked and didn't really seem to care how it was. The manager came up 4 times and each time I gave her a sour look and she never gave a concern. It was OK but not worth money. I ordered jumbo shrimp for $15.00 and the Fresh Green beans and my husband got steak and baked potato. I ended up with tiny shrimp on a stick. My husbands baked potato was half raw and his steak was just OK. Service was great. Spent $45.00 and was not happy. Next time will go to McDonald's at least you get full there. read more
