The cornbread wasn't moist, but also wasn't dry, and it had the crumbly texture one looks for in cornbread. I did not expect to taste collard greens this good in Neenah. The Scramble was absolutely perfect! You can tell from the photo how perfectly the duck eggs were cooked. There were fluffy and flavorful, and they were served over sliced fingerling potatoes, and then topped with crispy housemade potato chips.
