So I went to another screen. Same thing. I asked the one employee that I saw what was going on and he barely made eye contact and said that they are very backed up. There were three other customers trying to get served. Many screens were inoperable. No one was getting served except in the drive-through. I eventually just left after one patron went into the business and was told "those buttons ain't working." SONIC has good food. But they're going bankrupt because their emoyees suck. My sister and I looked up their hours online which stated 8am-8pm. We arrived around 6:10pm and saw that they were packing up and flipped the sign to "closed". I was distraught! Especially because we drove ~40 miles for the ice cream. I went up to the stand anyway and the workers were nice enough to still serve me. I am very grateful for their kindness and grace!
