Hard to overrate this fine establishment. It has everything to make a visit great! Delicious food entrees, tasty treats, pleasant staff, cute decor, reasonable prices. I had a chicken wrap on the first visit and a Cuban on the second. I also got some take out for a friend, and lots of cookies! I was making trips between the Tifton, GA, hospital and my friend's house and the bakery was on the way! Everything was delicious and the staff helped me avoid anything onion! Perhaps they're trying to avoid raising menu prices by reducing product quality or minimizing ingredients?? - Coffee was watered down and weak - so disappointing! - The Wednesday chicken salad sandwich Special was about 30% chicken, 60% egg salad, 10% mayo. Honestly, it was hard to find more than 3 chicken bites and asked wait staff if I had accidentally gotten the egg salad sandwich... - Kitchen misread my order and put mayo on the Cuban instead of mayo-free. They did take this back and gave us another... - Their Swiss cheese appears to be something similar to Kraft American cheese slices?? This place is a gem!!! We love to support family owned small businesses. We are from southeast Ky and came to Tifton to support the Vaughn family who lost their loving wife and mother Sister Sooty. We had some extra time to spare and the almost hour wait in line was worth it. My husband got the Rueben and I got the grilled ham and pimento cheese sandwich. Very clean and a great retro ambiance. I found the place using yelp, and actually while we were there a friend who was also visiting for the services who is from Alabama walked in and I thought my husband had let him know where we were, he said "oh no, when we lived here in Georgia when I was growing up this was my moms favorite place to eat!" He left with over $100 of sweats to take back to his family!!! Just a great first time experience for us!! Anytime I'm heading south on I75 I will definitely be putting this stop in my schedule!!! I would make one suggestion, that they create an express lane for customers who are only coming for premade pastries and sweets to help speed up the line!!! read more

First time visitor. Everyone was taking orders from 3 registers. I am next and all three ladies disappear without saying a word. Perhaps, " I will be right with you". They disappear to the back and waiting and waiting until Haley finally shows up again. No greeting from Haley when ordered. No, "who's next" no, "can i take your order". I initiated and she ended with "anything else?". Haley could use some basic customer service skills such as smile, greet, and inform customers regardless how your day is going. First time excellent customer service should be a norm not an occasional standard. Unfortunately I have had better greetings and information at the emergency room. No information on where to pick up order. Waiting area inside for any take out is not clear. I bumped into it looking for a place to wait for my order and the waiting area is a wooden stud with two chairs almost in the middle of the dining area. Awkward having to wait for my take out while I sit next to someone eating and dining. Waiting area should be clear for take outs and it should not be in the middle of customers trying to eat their meals. Customers eating inside should not have a take out customer hovering next to their table. Will update review when I taste the food. Still waiting - 20 minutes so far. I like the way the meal was bagged. A little surprise pickle and chips. And sandwich was nicely wrapped. I have it a three star only because of the cook and the excellent tasting sandwich, otherwise it would have been lower. Perhaps my military background does not give me much flexibility with below standard customer service. Customers deserve the best experience as soon as they enter the facility. They pay for the service and it should be a fair trade off. You take the money and the customer gets the best service you can offer. read more

Baked goods were all on display. The products are not fancy but extremely inviting in their simplicity. I settled on a single cinnamon bun and a coffee. The bun was delicious, the cake was firm, icing excellent. The coffee here is Jittery Joe's, of which I'm a fan. Service at the counter was quick and friendly. Definitely worth a stop! read more

Very cute bakeshop and cafe. I was in town on business and stopped for a lunch. The pastries all looked amazing and they have a great selection of breakfast and dessert pastries. My group was satisfied with our sandwiches, but their salads were not as stellar. The biggest issue for me was the wait. Service is incredibly slow. It took over 20 minutes just standing in line with only 5 or 6 people in front of us. They don't streamline the ordering process and you end up waiting forever just to order and then another 20+ minutes to receive your food. That's a lot of wait time for some sandwiches. It ended up making us late for a meeting and we had to rush to eat. Cute place but plan a LOT more time than you expect. read more

Delicious fried donuts. You need to be there before 10AM, to get them. People line up like crazy (inside and outside at the drive up) starting at 7AM. They also have Danish, Bear Claws, cookies, brownies and cakes. I haven't been there at lunch, but have heard it's good, too. Ambience is like an old fashioned lunch or breakfast restaurant. The servers are polite and pleasant even though they are always busy. I love their glass bottled Cokes. read more

My mom has been raving about this place for a while now, so when we were in the neighborhood we stopped by. Honestly, I was not impressed at all. The staff was not friendly, my mom had told me to get the donuts and she mistakenly said maple and when I asked about them, the eye roll and irritated look that I got made me want to leave. The donuts tasted just like the ones you get at Krispy Kreme. My son couldn't finish the sugar cookies, they had a bad after taste.
