I ordered the 6 oz sirloin medium well, when it arrived it was over cooked on the outside and medium rare on the inside. I asked for it to be butterflies and when it returned it was almost charcoal on the outside and it was in fact charcoaled on the tip. The remaining items were fine. I informed the server that the cook needed to lower the flame and cook the meats slower and lower. I was informed that they have had several complaints along the same line and the cooks don't listen when informed. There is also a staffing issue as were informed that they were lacking several servers. This location is in dire need of overhaul as far as I can tell.
