My wife and I were out running around the surrounding areas and stopped at the IHOP in Alice Texas…read more The place should be closed down, we walked into the restaurant and the first thing we see is a five gallon bucket catching water dripping from one of the AC vents in the ceiling, the ceiling tile was saturated with water and about to fall off the ceiling. You could tell that the ceiling has had its problems with leaks, the ceiling tiles are all stained with water stains, and one or two had black spots showing mold growth.. Here were areas that had food on the floor, that never was swept the whole time we were there, and we were there for at least an hour. The building has got a lot of problems with it's up keep and it shows that the management is not doing anything to rectify the situation inside the restaurant. I seriously can't see going back to this IHOP until things are cleaned up. The food was ok, and service was ok, but nothing to write home about. The one picture I am sending you have to blow up to see the 5 gallon bucket on the floor next to a table that had people sitting at
