You could tell that the ceiling has had its problems with leaks, the ceiling tiles are all stained with water stains, and one or two had black spots showing mold growth.. Here were areas that had food on the floor, that never was swept the whole time we were there, and we were there for at least an hour. The building has got a lot of problems with it's up keep and it shows that the management is not doing anything to rectify the situation inside the restaurant. I seriously can't see going back to this IHOP until things are cleaned up. The food was ok, and service was ok, but nothing to write home about.
