Finally confronted her about her behavior recently and she claims "she has never met me." This is a blatant lie and she became flustered (and very quiet) upon learning that I understand Spanish. Reported her to corporate and they notified me that she was spoken to and that this incident(s) will be documented. Hopefully, she gets her act together and stops acting like an immature pre-teen. To other customers, especially if you understand Spanish, pay attention to what they say- I've heard them numerous times speaking badly about customers, right to their faces, thinking that no one understands the language. I've ignored it for months but came to a breaking point. As a manager of a franchise establishment, it is her duty to create a pleasant and positive culture for customers AND staff. However, she seems to be the ringleader of gossip and passive aggressive hostility. This kind of behavior taints the whole company's image and it's very unfortunate that adults act like this.
