The digesting rep tried to demand my sister to walk out and around the railing and back again to order when she is already in front of register. So started going back here about four or five months ago and things have been very good except over the last three weeks or so the service regarding getting the order correct has been horrible. Over the last two weeks four out of six orders I placed I was given the wrong food. Sometimes it wasn't just they put cheese on something when I did not ask for cheese, but the item was a completely different item than was requested. Each time I brought the item back in the store, spoke to a manager who apologized profusely and corrected the order. Except that profuse apology did not fix the situation. Exact same thing happened today, May 16, just ordered chicken on an English muffin with nothing else and received chicken egg and cheese. Today I spoke to a director, Alba, who had a bit of an attitude, apologized profusely, and corrected the order. But after a while, you get sick and tired of having to come back around and go to the store to get the food that you wanted. I'm sure the owner Ray Cowan will have some nasty or negative comment to make like if I don't like it go somewhere else which is what he told me the last time I complained about them giving lettuce in a salad that was old and slimy, see previous photo. read more

Stopped here for quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. They had two lanes open for drive thru and at first the link did look pretty long but it was moving pretty quick. THIS LOCATION ON RTE 17 which is a very busy road had the drive through down to a friendly science: Excellent ordering system to get lines of drive-through customers in and out efficiently. I'm usually a big fan of this CFA, but tonight we went there and I ordered a cool wrap and I bit into the second half of the wrap and thought there must be some kind of bone in it or something. I spit it out and there was what looked like a piece of tile or molding in it. I have no idea what led up to the chain of events to finding this little surprise but not great. Why I love Chick-fil-A so much : Whenever I come back from school in upstate New York I always make it a mission of mine to get Chick-fil-A. The other day I went through the drive through which was perfectly fine. It wasn't until I reviewed my food that I realized some things were Once I went inside and was able to talk to an employee about the issues, they were more than glad to resolve this issue for me quickly. We have been here twice now since they opened. I'm not a Chick-fil-A fan, but my family loves the waffle fries and their chicken nuggets. As in the best nuggets EVER. So far this location has a thumbs up and has been a huge hit. The traffic is still crazy but the drive-through lanes are totally thought through and very efficient. Fancy. This is my first time visiting a Chic-Fil-A with two covered drive thru lines. Of course one of the lines was closed lol but it could of just been the time of day as it was not super busy. If you're craving fast food but don't want to splurge too much, Chick-Fil-A is always a good option. I've picked up takeout from this location a few times and the line is always wrapped around the building. This isn't surprising because most Chick-Fil-A locations have long lines around lunch time, but they also move pretty quickly. I've never been inside this location so I can't speak to how they're operating during the pandemic. The grilled chicken nuggets are my go-to. They're always well-seasoned and the 12-count is very filling, you almost forget how good the breaded nuggets are. This is the first day and they already screwed up my order. I have pictures and a receipt that clearly state what I wanted but NOT even close to what I got. I ordered a spicy chicken combo with pickles, a small coke (easy ice,) and extra chick-Fil-a sauce, all spelled out on the receipt. I received a small soda that was practically ALL ice, my fries were only half filled (picture included) and they only gave me two sauces instead of the extra I asked for. Love love love Chick-fil-a!!! I have never been inside though. The drive thru line is always super long but it does go fast! I use the app to order my meal and then just hop on the drive thru line and pick up my order. Everyone that has assisted me at this location is really nice! I've never had a bad meal. The only reason I give this location 4 stars is because one time they forgot to give my nieces chicken nuggets and I called for 2 days to talk to someone about it, finally got someone on the phone on day 2 and was told manager would call me back and I got no call. I then had to email the franchise twice before I was contacted back and it was just a general pre written apology. I was actually pretty disappointed with how this situation was handled because I know Chick-Fil- A takes a lot of pride in their company, how it's run, and loves their customers! I obviously forgave them since I drive an hour to go there at least 2-3 times a month for their chicken nugget lunch combo and vanilla shake. Can't forget their AMAZING CHICK-FIL-A sauce!!! I actually bought 2 bottles of it when I was at the grocery store!! Besides their chicken nuggets and milkshake I recommend their fries, cookies, and their crispy chicken sandwich (which can get a little messy) but totally worth it!! I am not the classic chicken sandwich fan that my wife is but when we are in area, we always drive through. The place is a bit tricky as folks on 17 like to drive pretty fast. Getting into the parking requires close attention as traffic behind you really doesn't like to slow down. However once there - the place has two drive through stations, and they move fast. The staff here is always friendly, attentive, and some of the politest people you will find. They always say, "my pleasure" regarding a thank you or other comments. The management at this location does a terrific job in moving cars though the process and the staff always smiles. If you like chicken sandwiches, then this is your place for sure. Pay attention getting back onto 17 as the far right lane exists just as you get on the road. Put your peddle to the metal because the traffic will honk at you if you don't get up to speed quickly. read more

This place is always crowded and in demand. Its the same Chick-fil-A menu and they have been doing good job on preparing it per standard instructions. But now with the ever increasing demand, they are slipping in the quality and preparation of food. The fries are not fried to perfection. Fries did not even looked to be touching hot oil. It seemed straight out of freezer and in the microwave. They prepare coke way too advance assuming certain number or orders. By the time it comes to you, the fizz is completely gone. No ice in it. I'm my opinion it is the best fast food place around, I had the Salad it was fantastic, My son had a chicken sandwich and my daughter had the chicken soup. No indoor seating yet.... But they outdoor seating witch worked out just as well ( the weather was good) The service was fast and very polite staff, The worked really go out of there way to satisfy the customers, I just can't wait till they open one up in the Hudson Valley so wouldn't have to drive all they way to NJ!!!! In a normal location, this is semi-forgivable--however, once you exit the drive-thru there are cars speeding at you going 85 miles per hour--and being a one way thoroughfare it's about an hour to circle back. The line is crazy as ever snakes through the parking lot, and some people just cut to the front. for some reason we always have to wait an extra 15 minutes for food When people who were behind you in line get theirs before you do. I've been frequenting the Ramsey chick fil a drive thru a lot recently. Today parts of my order were incorrect. The way they handled it was in true chick fil a fashion, but with everything that's going on right now, I didn't expect them to go above and beyond the way the way they typically do. The manager thanked me for my kindness and gave me coupons and extra food items in my bag. No one should have to thank anyone for their kindness in times like these, but chick fil a values their customers like no other.
