I love dunkin so much but the employees were making fun of me behind my back. This happens alot, I diret heard them making fun of the way I order. I say "may i please get a starberry dragon fruit refreher in a medium" because i say the size last they mimic me to each other behind the counter right in front of me. They also always laugh if I walk in which is highly disrespectfu. The same worker always does this and she talks to other employees and now just about all of them do this. Two of the staff are very rude. One incident is that I ordered a donut online and they didn't have it in the store, so they put out an empty bag on the pickup counter, never told me so I had to tell them there wasn't a donut in there. The worst run Dunkin Donuts I've ever seen ! The employees are clueless and obviously can't handle running this buisness! I've used the app several times for this location and opted for curbside and no one ever came out to the car ! I wound up walking in to pick up myself and when I inquired as to what the issue was they look at you with no response ! This place is horrible. I would like to give zero stars. Believe me because I do drive to the next location farther away from home just to avoid the bogus going on at this location in my neighborhood. The staff here has a hard time understanding English. When I went in to order a party to-go pack of hot chocolate for fundraising event, I asked if they offered it since its not listed on their menu. I was told by the staff that they offer it and its the same as "box of joe". I placed the order along with bagels and donuts and coffee for myself and kids. When the staff rung me up at the register, I pointed out that I'm being charged for $19.99 for the "box of joe" as opposed to $17.99 as stated on the menu. The staff immediately responded that the $19.99 price includes the TAX. Mind you this happens while he's putting my order in on the register. I argued that state tax is not $2 and tax has not been added to that amount yet. Then I was told that if I'm fine, they would give me $1 off of my order, I declined no knowing that I'm being overcharged $2 on an item and this is before sales tax! Then another staff comes over and makes up some BS excuse about watered down hot chocolate is more expensive than coffee and that the reasoning of it being $2 more than the "box of joe" listed price is reasonable. Anywho I left the place without price adjustment. Speechless about how this place is managed. I'm not sure if I should call in the IRS, NJ STATE DIVISION OF TAXATION or THE BBB?! The worst DD ever. For the amount of people that frequent this place, there is never enough help. The order is always wrong, and you know your in posh Bergen County when they lock up by 8pm. Their door hours of operation clearly state 930. This is a very busy shopping center with a lot of people who live in the area. This is your typical Dunkin Donuts coffee shop, tucked away from the highway and frequented by kids on school days and working folks in the area during the week. SLOW! Drinks made inconsistently! Always excessively waiting for orders even when ordered on the go and ahead of time. I happen to find the staff at this DD to be very friendly. Always smiling and says hello and goodbye. Trust me I don't always see this at other locations. The store itself is usually pretty clean and it's got plenty of seating. I found hair in my cream cheese bagel in the last few bites!!!! When I brought this up to the cashier hoping that they woud apologize and tell me that the problem would be corrected, she started questioning me. I am not sure what is more repulsive; finding hair in my bagel or the response. When I asked for a refund the attendent smirked and asked me why I had eaten most of the bagel! This was the best Dunkin' in the area until this morning.... since COVID a lot of things have changed obviously, to try to prevent the spread of this I decided to start using drive up since they don't have a drive through.... well this morning the very moody lady who was working decided it was not her day or she woke up in the wrong side of the bed. As I pull in there are two other cars leaving as if they just got their orders. I pull in and place my order, waited a few minutes... she rudely knocks on my door as I don't notice her (on my phone) she yells at me and says "this is not for morning time" I'm like excuse me? Been there 3 times, twice they got my order wrong and took forever to fix it. The third time I was there my friend and I ordered drinks to bring back to work. As is the policy at every Dunkin' Donuts, if they don't give you the correct receipt the order is free. The cashier flat out took our receipt and just threw it out. When we brought this up the manager came out and after a short conversation in another language we didn't understand, he became irate and began berating us about how we told her to throw it out and that "his wife would never lie". This is in spite of two other customers who saw her simply throw the receipt out. We left and will never give our business again. If you want Dunkin' Donuts go to the one in Ramsey by the Interstate Shopping Center it is newer and managed much better. Or, if you don't want to make the trip, just go to the 7-11 across the parking lot the coffee and donuts there are just as good as DD and cheaper. read more

Horrible...I want to do everything I can to not go to this Dunkin' Donuts anymore...they are so cheap they water down their coffee so much I literally can barely taste that it's coffee...I've had this experience on a consistent basis with especially hot and also iced coffee...I put a drop of creamer in my extra large hot coffee and it turned light and I felt like I was just drinking sweetened hot water...the iced coffee tastes like iced tea...then when I order dark roast because I know their regular coffee is going to be terrible it's always lukewarm and definitely not fresh...if you're a place where your main commodity is coffee...you shouldn't be so cheap and skimp on your main product...the only reason why I still went to this d and d from time to time is because it's convenient but from now on I will go elsewhere...they don't deserve to be in business when they are scamming their customers of basic good coffee that they've payed for...even if u have to drive a little bit further...GO ELSEWHERE!!! read more

Get my coffee here most days...zero complaints. Its a simple job and they do it well and fast. Once every month or so my daughter and I go for a Choc chip mint milkshake....the last 2 times this guy who would like nothing less than to make a milkshake has been our milkshake man. Greeted with a What the F do u want face...practically rolling his eyes when we request what is on a huge cardboard picture....after methodically making the shake, I suggest he pour the extra into our cup...he turns and dumps the rest out, and then washes the blender while we are waiting to pay. Clean after we leave loser. When he finishes cleaning he comes to his side and tells us we have to pay at the other register,,,,as if it was beneath him to take $$$. Dont know why, but I assume he is the owner. Free advice.. fire yourself....you are horrible.
