I was absolutely appalled and disgusted witnessing the unsanitary conditions they were being made in. You can't put your dirty hands all over people's food. The amount of germs that would've gotten on those is scary to even think about. I will never ever have one of them again after seeing that. The staff were friendly enough but that was enough for me to be turned off and made me wonder if they are being so unsanitary in the open about how those are made then what else is going on behind the scenes. Paul had a quote for us within a day and made sure he could accommodate our date on short notice. Paul put on a fantastic dinner for my moms 90 birthday even though it was for only 30 people. He was able to accommodate us on fairly short notice when everyone else was not. There was so much food that we ended up sending everyone home that wanted with next day meals. The quality of the food and what was delivered for what was ordered was exceptional. He personally picked up the equipment and dishes that night and I couldn't thank him and his staff enough for what they provided.
