Paul had a quote for us within a day and made sure he could accommodate our date on short notice. Paul put on a fantastic dinner for my moms 90 birthday even though it was for only 30 people. He was able to accommodate us on fairly short notice when everyone else was not. There was so much food that we ended up sending everyone home that wanted with next day meals. The quality of the food and what was delivered for what was ordered was exceptional. He personally picked up the equipment and dishes that night and I couldn't thank him and his staff enough for what they provided.
