I got the patty melt and the bread was hard. We waited for about 30 minutes and then one thing came out. The fries came out 5 minutes after the patty melt came out. This Dairy Queen as long been a favorite of mine. They are very consistent and the staff usually go out of their way to be polite and friendly. The food is good. My favorite all-time burger of any place is the Jalisco Ranch burger. They are not quite five stars because their service takes longer than other quickserve restaurants. read more

(Personal opinion) I haven't been to a DQ in years and absolutely nothing has changed. If ever there was an example of corporate greed, it would be here. 4 small ice cream cones and a small strawberry Sunday cost $10.23. For $3.99 you can get a half gallon of blue bell that'll last you much, much longer. The only thing keeping this company alive is "customer loyalty" which will eventually die out if DQ doesn't keep up with a competing market. Customer service is a different story...... read more

When my husband and I lived in Vegas Dairy Queen was sometimes a treat we would indulge in if my husband really, really wanted it. Myself, I am not so much a fan and would rather go for ice cream at home, or a place that has actual ice cream (not soft serve). None the less, we happened to drive by this DQ and stopped by so my husband could get a Blizzard of some sort, which is his go to. Myself, I tend to jump all over the menu and ended up with a chocolate shake. The shake was way too thin, and they gave me just the tiniest dollop of whip cream. It wasn't that bad.... until later. Stopped by around 5:15pm and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Super short with us, messed up my husbands order and when he went back to tell them they just told him that he was wrong and the order was right. Guess we'll be finding a new DQ. read more

A co-worker and I went for lunch about 1ish. It was very busy. But the employees were smiling, greeting all of us, and just very pleasant. The food was so hot we had to let it cool down before we could eat it! Everything was freshly made and tasted great! I just spent over $30 for.... 6 pc steak finger basket, 6 pc chicken strip basket, double meat cheeseburger and a grilled chicken sandwich.... all the fries were soggy with grease... the toast in the baskets was plain toast and was mashed flat... the chicken and steak in the baskets was overcooked... the chicken sandwich and hamburger had brown lettuce and cheese that was not even melted.... the only thing good was the cherry Dr Pepper.... I was going to give the french fries to the birds but decided it was too greasy for them also.... my poodles wouldn't even eat any of this so called edible food...... this meal went into the garbage.....This is the worst Dairy Queen..... our review helps others learn about great local businesses. First off, I love DQ. Not this one. They've been batting about .250 when it comes to getting my order right. Toppings left out, way too much chocolate, little bits of chewy things in my shake, etc. And please mix the blizzards all the way through--nobody likes it when they get halfway through a blizzard just to find the bottom nothing but vanilla ice cream.
