The layout is not as accessible as there are thicker rugs on the floor which can make it hard for manual wheel chairs or seeing impaired persons who may use a sight cane.

However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though.
