The interaction with the majority of the employees was horrible. Felt like I was "bothering them" when asking a question. Moving on, did some shopping and stopped by the sporting goods dept. to purchase some golf balls but of course they are locked up in a glass cage. Button on the cage says press for assistance. Well after pressing the button 4 times and 20 minutes later I finally track an employee down for assistance. Yep you guessed it, I was bothering her. Anyway she gets the cage open and grabs the $18.00 box of balls and says she is taking them to customers service and I will need to go there to get them? Really, are there gold bars or diamonds in the box? So i finish shopping and head to customer service. There are 5 people in line moving at a snails pace as there is only one employee working , so again I wait. After about 5 minutes or so an employee walks in behind the counter and is standing right next to the box of balls so I get her attention and ask if she could hand them to me so I can go check out. Her response was I can't, not on the clock? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I just left my cart full of merchandise and walked out of the store....Never again. Now I know why I use Amazon. Get it the next day at a great price, no hassle returns and no employees to deal with.

Prices are lower than or comparable to major retailers. I've been to this location a couple of times but today, the store was picked over and very unorganized. I had a hard time looking for anything. They do have a lot of stock that needs to be put away as it was sitting on pallets towards the back of the store, so you couldn't access the shelves with product they were sitting in front of. I'm not sure If they are short staffed, but I'll have to come back at a later date to see if I'm able to find anything worth buying.

I've purchased a couple work shoes, sandals and leisure footwear over the years. The clearance shelf is not as abundantly stocked as other Marshalls but again, it's mostly because this location is fairly popular. They also have plenty of salon brand hair product and you might even find some on clearance for even more savings! Okay, now I just sound like a bad ad but seriously, give this location a try. In today's time and age, that is almost unheard of. The staff was very polite and friendly and seemed to care about their customers. Jesse at the Amazon return desk was swamped with customers but he still greeted everyone of them with a smile and even helped an older gentleman how to pull up the return code on his phone. It's employees like this that makes shopping in person more enjoyable than online, the personal human interaction.

I like that they have self checkout lanes and there's always a sales associate up at the lanes that is happy to help you with any issues that you might be having.
