She understood my timeline and picked gowns that fit within that timeline so there would be no issues. I am in love with the dress I ordered here and cannot wait to wear it for my big day. I provided my budget and Jossa provided only gowns within that budget. You can get an amazing wedding dress here even if you have a small budget! My…read moreissue is with a fitting room policy that makes absolutely no sense from a customer's perspective. I walked into the fitting room area with three shirts. The employee counted them which is completely reasonable. Then I was told I could not enter because they were not on hangers. I explained that I picked them up from the sales floor without hangers and asked for three hangers. They gave them to me but then told me I still had to place every shirt back onto the rack outside the fitting room before I could go in. So I had to hang the shirts on the rack outside the dressing room just so I could walk inside and immediately remove them again. There was no purpose to it other than creating extra work and slowing the process down. As I was leaving I watched another customer get stopped because she had not rehung her clothing before exiting. Customers are now expected to do work that fitting room attendants have always handled. Retail stores are competing with online shopping where convenience is everything. Policies like this make the in store experience slower more frustrating and less enjoyable. I hope someone at the corporate level reevaluates whether this policy is actually helping anyone because from a customer's perspective it only creates unnecessary inconvenience.

I waited about an hour and out of about 20 items, they purchased one item for $3. The most disappointing part was how my clothes were returned. I brought everything neatly folded and organized, but my items were shoved back into the bags carelessly, including delicate pieces with stones and chains. One bag was even "missing" at first because it had been stuffed inside another bag. Customer service and care for customers' belongings could definitely be improved.
